Paint in the room was detaching from the walls and the ceiling. We had mold all around the room and in the mattress. There was dust and blood on the floor even if "was cleaned". Toilets were left unclean and dirty for more than one day.. showers were too small and dirty (was not so pleasant to take a shower there, either to use the toilet)

Shared toilets and bathrooms could do with a bit of love. The showers very small, and could do with more frequent cleans, but they certainly weren’t the worst we’ve seen!

Great location, very central to everything. The staff working there are very friendly and helpful, and share the accommodation with two very cute and friendly cats. We were pleasantly surprised by this accommodation- it was perfect for a base to explore.

The wifi didn’t work very well, but not a huge problem. Showers were very small and sometimes touchy.

Central location, room a suitable size with big windows and sink/fridge/tv. Receptionist was welcoming and assisted with recommendations. Felt very safe and secure there.

Very little space, small toilet/ bathroom. The bunk bad didn’t have a staircase to the upper bunk so my friend had to jump from one bed to another like a ninja to get there.

The receptionist was a great and funny guy. Loved his positive attitude! He was really helpful and kind. Hope he found out what Serbia is. 🙂 The cats were lovely and the location was awesome.

The location was fantastic - we mostly just used it as a place to sleep and that’s exactly what it provided. The bed was very comfortable.

It was very cluttered, the stairs I don't think pass safety inspection and the room was well. It's what you get for that price, a small room with the roof taking up half the space. Communal showers and toilets were... Ok didn't have soap in them. We had to quite literally jump over stuff to get downstairs.

Really good location to central Amsterdam about 10-15 mins walk from the attractions etc Staff were nice enough and I can't complain about how close it was to shops etc for supplies Considering the location it was an alright price.

It's basic, but this is consistent with a budget hotel in Amsterdam. The bed was quite narrow.

Its not the most fanciest of places, its very basic, theres a cat that goes around the hotel (not into the rooms) so if that's a problem for you then probably don't go. The bathrooms are shared so not the most amazing experience but its good for the price and fairly clean. We was provided with towels and there is shampoo conditioner and body wash all there

Its decent, basic and very simple. You get what you pay for, its cheap and a good location, the bar next door is perfect and lovely and the area isn't touristy at all and just a short walk into all the main areas

We are a young married couple and for a low budget hotel it’s got everything you need we liked the fact that it was not smack bang in the centre so the noise early hours did not really disturb you it was 15 mins to the heart of the city so good location wifi was good no problems with that and the hotel staff were very nice
