The housekeeping was a little lousy as there was a lot of dust in the room and curtains. The beds were not made neatly, the coffee machine was not maintained correctly. The balcony is not maintained as well. Going to the city centre takes you 35 mins by Tram.

The washroom and room sizes were top notch. If you want to stay outside the city centre, then the location is great. The staff is super friendly and helpful.

The rooms could do with a bit of an update. Be aware if you stay on the 2nd floor it is residential apartments above you. So if they are noisy there is very little that can be done.

Stayed in Infinity hotel out to the west of Amsterdam. Good transport connections from right outside the hotel. Clean and friendly staff.

I wanted a double bed but got a twin bed which was quite uncomfortable and duvet was small.

Check in was seamless, staff were helpful and resourceful with information. Overall it was a good experience.

A bit far away from Amsterdam city, that it needs to take 2 different trams to get there.

The bathroom is floor heating, which makes the room always warm.

The room space was a bit cramped compared to what I have imagined and compared to other rooms I have booked in the same price value. The property is close to a tram station so that's a plus. Overall good stay.

Due to the design of the rooms, the double beds are touching the wall in one side, which means that there's no bedside table for one side. If you are a couple and one of you uses the toilet often at night, you might have some difficult decision making ahead of you!

Great hotel, affordable price compared to the rest of the city and excellent location. The hotel is a short tram ride from the city centre (roughly 25 min) and 30 minute bus ride from the airport. Bus/tram stop is right outside the hotel. Self-check in could not be any easier. The rooms are comfortable and the daily room service is great. Varied options for shopping (big supermarket is right across the hotel) and eating/drinking (many kebab shops nearby that stay open until late). I would definitely recommend this hotel if you want to explore Amsterdam and you can compromise with a 25 minute commute to the city centre.

Room service was not good. Also, I left my glass water bottle half filled with water inside the room and when I came back the bottle was not there. Same with plastic juice bottles and water bottles in the other day. Seems like the cleaning lady has some issues with bottles. Other than this, the stay was Good.

The public transport is just 1-2 minutes walk away and Beds are clean and comfortable.
