Maintenance

Room was clean, but lacking better maintenance (broken lamps, etc.). The room could have pictures on the walls for better coziness. Breakfast was rich and tasty.

Outdated decorations, we wanted a single double bed and the bed was ended up being two matresses with a filler inbetween which was mildly uncomfortable.

Room are big enough, bathroom is clean, tidy, quiet. Air conditioning in the room is great, quiet. Receptionist easy to communicate, very friendly, always smiling. Parking is good, easy. Breakfast are great. Restaurant in the hotel is good too. Close to the train to Krakow.

Morning coffee from the machine!

The breakfast was plentiful but the coffee from the coffee machine was pretty awful! That would be my only criticism about breakfast. We tried several times to get a good hot cup of coffee but gave up after a while The room was large, comfortable and clean The common parts of the hotel all seemed really clean, including the spa which we used on one occasion We did actually eat a few evening meals at the hotel and having stayed for a week thought there might have been a change of menu at some stage but there wasn't

The price is a little bit high. There was a concert or disco which was very loud.

Nice hotel, huge parking and grocery store are within 1 minute walk. Breakfast is ok.

All in all it is a nice place. Breakfast was quite OK, nothing special but definitely not bad either. Location is good if you are a tourist and staying for short period. Probably also OK if you are staying for longer period and not as a tourist. Parking was available, monitored and plenty of space. There is a shop literally in the parking lot so that was nice. English speaking staff. Very clean and quiet place.

The room was clean and very spacious. The hotel was very quiet, aided perhaps also by the thick carpets in all corridors as well as in the room. The breakfast was nicely displayed and included both savory and sweet options. There is plenty of free (unguarded) parking available right next to the hotel. We visited the salt mines and were able to walk from the hotel to the salt mines, which was nice.

Family suite was located above some dance hall, event hall - on sunday night there was quite loud music.

Located outside Krakow center, 15min walk from Wielicka salt mines. Family suite room was quite big and cosy. Good breakfast selection. Fair 3 + stars hotel. Next to hotel there is an nice food supermarket, as well train station (city center - Wielicka salt mines branch) - modern train will deliver you to Krakow center in 20 minutes, as well ticket is something 5-6PZL per person (1-1,5€)

Very friendly staff, very clean room, we were amused my exceptionally soft bed and comfortable mattress! The breakfast is super great! Fruits (melon,watermelon), yogurts, pancakes, sausages, fresh vegetables, boiled vegetables, cakes, cheesecakes and list can be continued! Better than in Hampton by Hilton for sure! I highly recommend this hotel!
