A few minor negatives: the room window could not be opened, the view overlooked the car park, and there was no information provided about where to leave towels if you wanted them replaced during your stay.

We had a very enjoyable stay. The room was spacious and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed, a sofa to relax on, and a fridge, which was a nice addition. The air conditioning worked well, and the toiletries provided were of good quality. Breakfast offered plenty of choice, with something for everyone. The highlight of our stay was the restaurant – the food was absolutely amazing and exceeded our expectations.

Service at the restaurant the first day was awful, the spa always was unavailable for us. The room temp was too high.

The room was really big and the people fron they hotel was very friendly and Open for questions. The hotel is next to the train station so going to the center of Krakow was very easy

Everything was good.

I stayed for one night after a long drive, and it was the perfect place to rest and recharge before continuing my journey. The room was comfortable, the bed was great, and the breakfast was delicious. It was quiet and cozy, and the staff were very friendly.

It's a bit cold in the room at night. At the spa, a local guy bothering us with talks. Usually you come to spa to relax, but some people talk loudly and disturb you.

Excellent clean spa, delicious and varied breakfast, spacious rooms, free parking. A great place for transit or visiting Krakow. We gave 10 points for all conditions.

the textile free policy in the spa area. I did not feel comfortable to enjoy the facilities especially because of the lounge area inside the spa (right across the jacuzzi) that made people to hang out there and watch the others. So I ended up using only the dry sauna.

The staff was very friendly and professional. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast had many options including waffles that I love. A nice surprise was a kids space in the breakfast area which made my life much easier. The parking lot was huge. The hotel was next to the train station and only a few minutes away from the Salt Mines.

A bit polluted and busy streets around the hotel, although you will not hear in inside the hotel as it is sound-proof.

The hotel staff was very friendly en for sure pet lovers. The dog was welcome even under the table in the restaurant which was great. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. It is a very good alternative for Krakow overpriced hotels. The restaurant provided excellent food for reasonable prices. More then enough convenient parking spots next to the hotel.

We booked a family suite, which meant that the separate rooms were connected by an internal door. Although the hotel knew this in advance, they did not ensure that the door was unlocked, so we had to go and ask them to unlock it ourselves.

Everything was fine at the hotel, and the advantage was that it was very close to the Velichka mines. It was a little strange that the hotel was so quiet that we thought we were the only guests (during breakfast, we saw that we weren't the only ones). The breakfast selection wasn't very large, but the food was very tasty. We had a really tasty dinner at the hotel restaurant, and the kids found something they liked to eat too.

Windows without opening (1st floor), food in restaurant, in the evening was dry. Beef steak was so so little that my father in law had to go to market to buy something additionally. Though pancakes was good
