My only observation was the hotel is a bit tired in places as was evident in our room, it could do with a lick of paint here and there but to be honest it was our base for sleeping and breakfast so it really didn't bother us at all and I would happily stay here again.

Great budget hotel in the heart of kazimierz, it was very quiet as was evident when we came out for dinner in the evening and the buzz from the bars and restaurants was great to hear, really good room size for 3 adults in single beds, lovely big bathroom with instant hot water for the showers, a small selection of hot drinks was available, the breakfast was the winner with a huge selection of items for european and UK clients, various meats and cheeses, cereals, hot buffet with eggs, sausages plus cakes if you fancied them, there really was something for everyone, the staff were pleasant and the room was cleaned daily with the beds being made up, all in all a really pleasant stay in an ideal location

The noise was the only negative, the hotel did have a dated feel, but I did not see that as a negative. If you are a light sleeper, you are going to need ear plugs. Being right in a busy area, and many night activities, there is no getting away from all sorts of sounds through the night. Then you will hear the clean-up beginning in the streets in the morning. Not a huge issue for me, but my partner is a very light sleeper.

The location of the hotel was brilliant for visiting Kraków. With the Royal Castle just a few minutes away, and then the rest of the city right beyond that. Being right in the Jewish quarter also meant there were all sorts of activities right outside the front door. Two tram lines again a few minutes away too. Breakfasts were really filling and a good selection for everyone. The staff were always very helpful, and the requested airport transfer was waiting for us in arrivals.

Only one thing: that the shower cubicles are very small. The bathroom is large enough for a larger shower cubicle, but they seem to have skimped on the size of the shower cubicle.

Would like a little fridge for milk and proper spoons rather than wooden stirrers to make hot drinks, both in rooms and at breakfast buffet.

The hotel it was close to tourist attractions, the breakfast buffet varied and good., the area is quiet, food shops everywhere, nice cafes and restaurants.

Slight smell from the drains in main reception area. If you like milk with your tea it was powdered milk not small pots.

Hotel is in Jewish Quarter and in good location. Breakfast was plentiful and continental, plenty of coffee, tea and orange juice. Hotel offered us a take away breakfast when we undertook the auchwitz tour which was also very good. Hotel looks old inside but it was very clean. Rooms have tea and coffee facilities, bottled water and on suite facilities. My wife says hairdryer was adequate 🤣
