The loveliest place in Chiang Mai

    • Grand Deluxe Double Room
    • Stayed 5 nights

The mattress was a bit too firm for my boyfriend, but we asked the staff for assistance, and they helped immediately!

Our room was very coquette and charming, and overlooked an area with many trees. where we saw a lot of birds and squirrels. The area with the swimming pool is where the breakfast is served, we loved the atmosphere there. Delicious breakfast and coffee! We loved our stay there and would totally recommend this gem.

I truly liked this place. It was personal, calm and quiet, peaceful and just very relaxing. Located near old town, but in it's own peacefulness was so nice. The gym consisted of three treadmills but since I am a runner, it was more than enough for me :) The pool was a bit chilly yes, but didn't bother the kids. The pool area was a very nice place to have breakfast, surrounded by lots of trees. After two weeks of traveling in Thailand and staying also luxury hotels in Bangkok, this place was my 8th year old daughter's favorite (because of the trees and chilly atmosphere).

Household cleaning could be better. Some rooms are infested with tiny yellowish ants, so be careful when you put food on the table.

Excellent location (near Maya Lifestyle Shopping Center). Has a good view. Decent breakfast. Friendly & helpful staffs.

The bed was very hard and not comfortable, however, I prefer soft mattresses normally so if you don't mind a firm mattress it is probably ok.

This was a lovely hotel to stay at! A beautiful pool area and amazing breakfast with local cuisine and also some western options. I was able to order a barrista made coffee every morning with breakfast. There were lovely artworks everywhere and hotel rooms were clean and very spacious.

Nothing- gym was just two treadmills and Exercycle- no weights or mats etc.

Such a cool place to stay! Very unique and incredible attention to detail! Staff were friendly, completely changed the bed sheets every day and room was really big and spacious! We absolutely loved our stay here and would highly recommend! It is a little bit out of the old town but still has lots of cafes and bars close by! Nice and quiet and amazing setting!

The gym only had 3 pieces of equipment mostly for running.

Excellent breakfast with a wide selection of Northern Thai dishes and great coffee (only 1 per person). The design of the rooms and the art all around the hotel make it a great option for people who like to take photos. The pool was great and had a jacuzzi section.

I got two rooms, one room was super clean but the other one just need to have deeper clean. If I had asked, I am sure they wld do something about it but I didnt. Maybe I should, because that's what get a stars down. It's a bit dated hotel but very well look after, and we love its mixed cultures between northern plus European decoration styles. We love it enough, will come back, now we know we can walk from the hotel to the main road quite easily. 😊

We love this lovely hotel, it's surrounded by nature, big beautiful rainbow eucalyptus trees, lovely views from balcony, nice size swimming pool, and great variety of breakfast every morning, I love that fresh made coffee ☕. Staffs were very helpful, all of them, 😊.

    Cannot think of anything

I booked this place for 2 other couples (friends of mine) and for my partner and myself. I could not have chosen a better place - we all absolutely loved it. The attention to detail was superb. The location was amazing being within walking distance to the lovely Nimman area (Nimman area have trendy boutiques and shopping malls with entertainment venues). Our room was on the 6th floor and the views were gorgeous and serene. So peaceful and quiet yet, easy access to everywhere. Staff were excellent as was the breakfast buffet. We all loved it and I would definitely stay there again. Thank you to everyone who made our stay delightful. Oh, and they even changed our sheets every single day replacing them with individual styled pretty linen - this didnt go unnoticed.

All good. It will be more helpful if they can name their food items at breakfast. We were wondering if that is chicken meat or something else. 🙈😜

Friendly staff, clean towels and room, big rooms, good balcony and view, natural. Bathtub and facilities. Completely worth every penny. Breakfast spread is too good.

Breakfast was good but in the main the food had been allowed to go cold. The only hot things was omelette and the toast. It seemed a lot of the breakfast cups, for tea and coffee, had cracks in them, this is not good. The pool is on an outside terrace but shaded, the water is cold. The fitness room consists of 2 running machines and a cross trainer.

The hotel has an air of regency. Very nice. Rooms were large, beds comfortable and situated a 10 minute walk from the old Chang Mai town. Staff were very nice.

I stayed longer than most visitors, got brown water from the hot tap twice during my stay and water pooled in the shower room, giving off some musty smell. I would say Plumbing and WiFi could do with an update.

Beautiful old characteristic Hotel. Great helpful and caring staff, breakfast is excellent Thai /Asian food with noodle and omelette section. Gym room has only 3 equipments, could do with some Yoga mats. Located end of the alley way, quiet from main road traffic and safe for an evening stroll.

Wow, an oasis with a relaxing & opulent atmosphere. The room was spacious, clean & comfortable, beddjng & towels changed daiky along with 2 bottles of water. & snack biscuits at reception. Friendly staff, breakfast was very traditional but a lot to choose from, fried rice, all sorts of asian dishes, along with ham, eggs, toast, cereal & chopped fruit. Pool with outdoor seating area to enjoy the greenery & birds.

Breakfast buffet was both western and Asian, plentiful but often cold.

The hotel was lovely and authentic Thai. Room was well equipped, clean and comfortable, staff were friendly. The location was perfect for our family as we were visiting Chiang Mai to go to Grace Dental for treatment. It was a 14 minute walk. It was also 5 minute walk for a massage, 10 minute walk to restaurants. It was only a 10 minute taxi/grab to the centre of town for markets etc
