Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Staff were super friendly and helpful, you can book activities at reception too, we booked a day trip to Chiang Rai. Rooms were spacious and clean.

Calm location but close to one of the city gates, where there was a daily food market, large rooms, nice pool. Very friendly staff! Arranged a scooter rental with the hotel, which was almost new, for a good price and with pick-up/drop-off at the hotel

It's a bit noisy during night as there's a bar which stays on late. Not a huge issue though. The pool needs a bit of cleaning I should recommend.
Location is good, 15 minutes walk from the centre where you can find pretty much everything. There's a local market taking place in the morning so you can get fresh fruits and food. Staff is very polite, daily cleaning even for my 2 night stay! Spacious and comfortable room.

Very authentic quiet place. A bit remote from center madness which we personally liked and was a reason for a choice. Rooms are specious, swimming pool is available although we weren't using it since busy schedule. Overall very recommended.

The bathroom seemed a bit rough around the edges so I thought it could do with a bit of a refurb, but it was clean
I loved my room which had direct access to the pool and there were a few small touches like pool shoes which I appreciated. The hotel is in a quiet area yet still walkable to the old town

Only one thing bothered me: the ants. Little ants everywhere lol. I guess it's something needed to be observed carefully, so it will be the perfect place.
I liked a lot of things there. The location was good. It was not so near all the places to eat, but there was some places to eat, some very local places. Less than 7 minutes and you already on the night market. So, yes, good place. My room was very good. Big and comfortable.

Nothing, I liked everything
The hotel vibes are awesome, is chill and welcoming. I loved the deluxe room cause you could just open the door and jump in the pool. The staff is kind and helpful. Rooms are big and cozy. The position is fine, near the city center but on a quiet road with no noise.
