Traditionally Thai, aesthetically pleasing. The staff were amazing and it was so so nice to be invited to join their party before they all had 2 deserved days off for Labour Day. Thank you all for an excellent evening and I will look forward to seeing you all soon.

Breakfast was nice, gets boring after a four day stay. small pool, but sufficient to do a quick cool down.

Fridge in room big enough for locally purchased water/beer at supermarkets around the corner. Sunset on beach and beach sand making a strange noise when walking on it is a must to see. Night market on Tuesday a short ride away also a nice experience. Restaurant is great and in line with other restaurants in the area. Reception helpfull in organizing transport, just let them know at least 8 hours in advance.

Nothing everything was perfect!

Great location, 2 steps from the beach and in a quiet area of Karon Beach; very well served and only ten minutes walking to the centrum for some more movement night. Also ten minutes walking from the kata night market, great street food. Extremely clean, staff very nice and polite! You get discount on the hotel restaurant as a guest and the food is delicious! Everything is amazing and we had great time

The air con was a little loud. Room a little bit dated.

The location was excellent just next to the beach. Staff were very friendly and helped me organise day trips and taxis. Restaurant was super popular and the food was good. Room was cleaned every day and the beds were very comfortable. Nice balcony space.

The hotel didn't really mention anywhere that the hotel and restaurant were joined, but were almost separate in a way. When at the pool I ordered a drink thinking I could pay / put the bill against my room, but I was told I had to settle it with the restaurant. Rather inconvenient. Also because you had to walk through the restaurant to get to the hotel entrance and also reception, the front doors were closed after 11pm. Then you had to call reception if you wanted to get in. Very annoying - I had no sim card to be able to do this, so one night I had to stay in Patong as I would have gotten back too late to get in.

Very conveniently located near to the beach (about a 3 minute walk). Great breakfast, room was spacious and had good amenities. Shower was very large. Pool was a nice size, the landscaping around the pool and the overall ambience was amazing. Made it feel like we were still within a tropical secret location.

It is very close to the beach and it has beautiful pool too. It is a quiet place and our room had a nice sea view.

The toilet cleaning isn’t bad…. But….

The location is excellent, only a few meters from the beach. The facilities are amazing, in particular the garden and pool. The restaurant is really good, the food is the best in the zone and no more expensive. The room is nice, in series A a little noisy in the morning. The toilet doesn't have a deep clean! There is an LCD. The wifi connection works very well even though it disconnects sometimes. The breakfast is really good too!

All staff were extra friendly and helpful. Great restaurant in the hotel. Room got cleaned every day. We did not experience any problems in the bathroom - no smell, pressure and temperature of water was good. There are a lot of shops and different restaurants around the hotel. The beach is one minute away from the hotel. You can get beach towels in the reception. We have enjoyed every minute of staying in this hotel.

The included breakfast served 8-11 am. On the first Saturday we were there, all the food was gone by 10 am and it was not refilled even after requesting more. I don’t understand guests who take everything for themselves and then waste it by leaving it untouched on their tables. It did get better for the rest of our stay but I don’t think we would pay extra again for breakfast to be included. The food was often cold and there was no made to order eggs.

We loved the staff and the location, so close to Karon Beach and shops.

Unfortunately, at night, impossible to sleep. There were people (tourists) singing, talking very loud, having a party till approx. 3 am. Staff from the hotel told me it was guests in the next door hotel... Nevertheless, very noisy at night...

The staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough for us. The hotel restaurant was the best in the area and it is within 50 metres of one of the best beaches. There are loads of little shops and restaurants all around. Rooms are clean and have everything you need including a huge fridge! We would definitely go back.

First, thank you very much for so kind attitude and care about us as the guests. All the time of our stay went very smoothly. The staff was helpful in any queries raised. We were happy for one more option because the restaurant where we used for dinner is in the same building as the hotel. There were brilliant staff, too, and a super good chef. Special thanks to the kind and nice waitress Goe and others. Actually, all the restaurant`s staff was brilliant. I can strongly suggest this place for a holiday.
