The bed was more uncomfortable than I would like. It’s advertised to have a balcony but there are no balconies. Lots of pigeons come around the pool so there is pigeon faeces and feather around the pool area and even in the pool itself on the bottom. It needs some netting or something to deter them from the area.

Great location. We had the junior suite which was a good size with a great shower. The pool was lovely and had jacuzzi seated area.

The pool is mostly shadowed all day, makes it cold. There were feathers in it. We could hear some noise from the bar across the street. The bed was a little hard.

Cozy hotel with pool and a nice walking distance to the night market, temples, cafe and massage across the street. Cute cat. Friendly staff. We recommend staying here.

Not very clean by Thai standards; rooms not serviced unless we specifically asked for it. I didn't use the pool but my kids avoided it after their first swim because they said it "smelled funny."

Some nights was a bit noisy from a bar across the street but nothing too crazy.

The pool was really nice with hydro jets. The room was cozy with a great bathroom. The staff and the cat were super friendly. I would stay here again.

Too noisy at night

Staff are fantastic, room is clean and has everything you need, pool is great. Close to night markets and local street food market. Very noisy though, lots of traffic noise, music from bars across the street and people coming home in the early hours.

Had to ask for hot water kettle even though it was supposed to be included and the TV didn't work. Changed rooms but was a downgrade. Still ok for my needs.

Noisy due to open plan layout of the building and thin walls/windows. Next to busy roads and a couple of bars, although most annoying was a small group of other guests shouting in communal areas - not the hotel's fault they were rude.

Overall not anything to be unhappy about.

The hotel was reasonably situated to reach most of the sites inside the old town. You could reach most of the walking markets for food etc. The hotel was good value for money paid.

Electricity in room was not safe, sockets hanging off wall, water and toilet facilities broke down, were fixed that day but had to vacate room and leave belongings outside.

Really beautiful bathrooms Lovely staff who were only too happy to help when we asked Quiet - there is a bar over the road, but they did not make much noise and it was pretty quiet by 10.30pm Stayed here after arriving on overnight train from BKK and liked it so much we stayed again when we returned from Pai Very close to morning market and evening food stalls near the old city walls so all your meals are covered. Can highly recommend the lady who cooks toast for breakfast over hot coals Would definitely stay again

Location was great! Close to pretty much everything - temples, restaurants, market, night markets, and other notable tourist spots in the Old City. The boutique was a quaint, beautiful place to stay. The staff was great and friendly. It was our second time to stay here, and will be staying here again soon, which is already booked. Highly recommended! 👍

Is opposite two small bars. They make a lot of noise for their size. Can keep you awake till 2 am if you are reactive to noise.
