Pool was too warm.

We had a seaview villa very close to the pool - the villa was truly spectacular! Spacious and luxurious, and very clean. The breakfast was buffet style and honestly very extensive with so many different offerings, all delicious. I loved that the pool had so many chairs, so always many available. The pool was so warm though that it wasn’t very refreshing at the end of the day, though nice in the mornings. Loved the paddle boards available to take out into the calm bay (complimentary). The location of this beautiful resort is away from the craziness of Chaweng but a short Grab or taxi ride from Fisherman’s Village. We also walked down the beach to other restaurants on MaeNam beach for lunches and dinners.I would really recommend this property to couples or families looking for a quiet and relaxing vacation.

Unfortunately I knocked off 2 points because one, the WiFi was terrible! This was really important for us as we both work online. We had to pay to go somewhere else to work. For a 5 star hotel this should not be an issue! I re-read other reviews and others mention the same and the hotel reply saying it's fixed. It's clearly not if it keeps happening. The second point was our basin was always blocked and bath didn't look clean. Lastly more vegetarian and vegan options are needed in the restaurant. I was having to order grab (they didn't have one vegetarian option on room service) if these things were fixed it would 100% be a 10

Amazing hotel! So beautiful, the grounds were gorgeous, the great rooms, facilities and staff! The sunset was incredible and the sea was amazing! They also offered lots of activities, some for free! It was so close to perfect, It would have been a 10 and great value for money but... (see below)

Everything was exactly what I needed coming off of Bangkok and Sonoran. It was quiet, peaceful, clean, beautiful! The staff were super friendly and helpful also.

Only thing i didnt like was the bed, i could feel the 2 connected beds because the mattress was very thin and hard.After 2 nights i asked to be added an extra one and they put it for me ,however it was only in the middle and still quite hard.My husband didnt mind it.But i prefer soft and thick mattresses.Besides that ,everything was amazing.

The beach and the pool were very nice and the sunset views are breathtaking.The breakfast had a lot of choices and would satisfy even the fussiest tastes.

Unfortunately, my wife was very ill on this trip, developing pneumonia, so our holiday wasn't the best. The hotel location was a little too quiet and out of the way.

It was an all-around lovely hotel. The staff were amazing and couldn't do enough for us.

If you hire a scooter don't leave your helmet unattended on the bike in the hotel car park right by the reception like we did everywhere we went in Thailand as it was stolen.

Beautiful pool and comfortable sunbeds, located on probably the best beach in Koh Samui. Short taxi to night market and fabulous area of Fisherman's village, which again is probably the best location on Samui for bars and restaurants

Breakfast was big but lacked quality. I liked the egg station but why are there no fruit shakes? Coffee wasn't good. We expect croissants and other pastries to have better quality. Little options for vegan people.

Everything about this property is beautiful. The location is great for people who like peace and quiet and who want to be right by the ocean. The property is distributed beautifully and the garden/nature is very well maintained. The villas are spacious, clean and luxurious. The staff is so friendly and competent! The location also isn’t too far from fisherman’s village if you like to go somewhere with more action. The ocean was beautiful and the beach was very clean. The breakfast was amazing! So delicious and you can enjoy it with a beautiful sea view.

The hotel is a bit old, but still very well maintained. The food in the restaurant were so so, but it is not a problem for us because we walked along the beach to eat in the restaurant of the neighbouring hotel, which is very convenient.

The resort is located at Mae Nam beach, who owns its own private beach with a breautiful swimming pool. Comparing to Chawen beach, I enjoyed Mae Nam more since it is much quieter than Chawen beach. If need to find tourists, within 10 mins car drive, you will be at Bo Phut beach, where you can find bars, restaurants, night markets and a lot of tourists. :) The hotel staff were amazing, very helpful and always smiling, espeically the intern Mai in the restaurant, she was so sweet. Our room is one of the grand villas facing the sea, we enjoyed the seaview every morning when we woke from our bed, incredible!

The view from the bungalow was amazing! Jacuzzi on the balcony gives the room special bonus. In general room design is great. The staff is nice and helpful also. The gardens on the territory of the resort are so pretty.

There was only little beach at low tide and no wind. Otherwise was swimming in the ocean difficult.

It is a little way from anything else & in the dark or wet weather, not safely walkable. This means that you’ll have to use Grab or similar to get around & need to factor that into your budget, but on the other bend, being slightly out of the way is advantageous as it gives you peace & tranquility.

The property is beautifully laid out with little buildings each containing two interconnecting suites. The resort is on the beach & you can sit and enjoy a sea view from the restaurants or pool.
