The location is great, close to restaurants and it is easy to reach other attractions in the city. The room is spacious, clean and with comfortable beds, toilet amenities were always provided. There is a restaurant downstairs with good menu options and the staff is friendly and helpful.

Transfer to/ from airport that they offer is way more expensive than what you can do by yourself. We took a sonthew from the train station and a tuk-tuk to the airport. Both were 150 Baht.

The location is great, right next to Wat Chedi Luang. Price was amazing. We had a family room of 5 spaces for only 3 of us, was great.

Because my room didn’t have a window, it smelled a bit of mildew and stagnant water. I wonder if there’s a way to air out the room when there’s no one staying in the room.

Very good location, close to temples and a market (7Eleven) opened 24 hours. If you are going to do day trips (Chiang Rai, Elephant, etc) it is the best location because you can take some breakfast at 7Eleven. Also the street market happens in the street of the hotel, better location, ever!

If you are a light sleeper, take a room with no window. The window rooms are on a very busy intersection, even with double windows, there was a LOT of traffic noise - till late at night and starting early in the morning. The rooms with no window are on the back of the hotel, and I’m sure are quieter. Also, the WiFi disconnects every time you put your phone down. I had to manually reconnect over and over, which gets really tiresome over six days! And if you go more than about ten minutes, you have to sign in again. It works fine, but this was the only hotel out of 15 where I had to repeatedly reconnect.

I picked this hotel for the location, and I was able to walk to almost everything I wanted to see. It also has the advantage of being right in the middle of the Sunday evening market, very fun. Rooms are exactly as shown online, with good air conditioning, really nice towels, and comfortable facilities. 7/11 just steps away and many ATMs in the area.

The staff was rude and unhappy. Something need to be fixed with the smell of the lobby. The smell of sewage hits you when you first walk in. I suspect it might be the plumbing in the lobby or one of the giant potted plants is rotting. Wish they had breakfast available in the morning.

The location right at the crossroads of the main streets in Old Town was exceptional. The staff are very helpful and super friendly. The food in the restaurant was good

Location was amazing - Sunday walking street market starts directly outside the hotel door and was the highlight of our stay! Staff were super friendly and let us keep our bags there before check in. Room was ideal and the communal area of the 4th floor with a washing machine and microwave was very handy!

Super location. Restaurant was slightly above average. Laundry service a big plus and they had a tour kiosk right there so you could arrange or look into options easily
