Food and Beverage service was hard to access after 10pm. No answer from room service. Our young son was repeatedly asked to remove his UV protection t shirt while in the pool. NO.

Room Service is poor first day they cleaned it amazing and then next few days they didn't even bother to clean the room. I have two kids and without cleaning it's difficult.

The rooms are quite 'tired'; we found dirty mirrors and the room had an extremely strong ladan smell. If you're sensitive to smells, it's better to choose another option. Surprisingly, it was hard to get a taxi from that place, and the area isn't really walkable. Additionally, we found ants in the bathroom.

Bedrooms were not clean, we had cockroaches as well. Bedrooms need updating, shower especially . No where to get a drink, even water, from the pool on level 12. Staff not particularly friendly. However accommodation is cheap.

The room was a good size, we had a 3 bed family room. Both pools were as expected. Hotels shared areas were clean. Good breakfast options to suit everyone. As it was a cheap stay you get what you pay for.

It was so far from public transport that it made getting around quite hard. If you are going to get around by taxi/grab only there is no problem and this is great but buses/trains are tough to commute by to this hotel

The property is massive! Gives off very old school luxurious vibes. It also has multiple facilities including restaurants, and pools

The hotel has an old-fashioned vibe, of a very luxurious hotel from the 90's. I do not mind, the room was spacious and comfortable. It needs some maintenance in the bathroom but overall there was a lot of space - even in the bathroom which I like. The pool and the terrace from the pool with very nice view! It had everything that we needed for few days stay. Breakfast were okay - full of different options!

The big pool was closed and drained for renovations a few days in to our stay. This was disappointing as we booked the accommodation because of how great the pool looked. The aircon in the room as you walk in is great but when sleeping at night, having it on doesn't make a difference because it's not on you so it can be quite stuffy in the bedroom. There was also no air flow from a fan or anything in the elevators. If you're in there on a hot day, it feels like a struggle to breathe.

The location is great. We loved exploring the markets around the hotel. Transportation is very easy to come by so you're never waiting too long for a ride. Most of the staff were very helpful and accommodating.

Older property and only one set of elevators that you need to get from street level to the lobby before you can switch to different tower. Having to detour around the lobby level when large conference was in session which blocked off one of the main avenues of movement to two of the towers. Could not access balconies, which was unfortunate as the views were very nice. Can be difficult to get in/out when street market is open.

Very large property, close to one of the water taxi stops and in the middle of the clothing district. Large enough to handle very large groups. Nice facilities, large pool and amazing view of the city and the property can handle very large groups with its ballrooms
