The place was nice itself, country decor, the only problem we had some problems with insects. We didn't stay and they refunded 1 night out of 2.they were nice and understanding, we know it can happen it's surrounded by jungle, we just didn't want to stay. They were very nice though.

It was it a good location in the old town. The facilities were really good such as the pool and has a very old Thai style that we loved. The man mr June helped me us book a number of activities and was super friendly!! Would recommend

The bed was pretty uncomfortable. I was there six nights and room was never cleaned, though apparently it was on demand which I wasn't told. The a/c was a little iffy. The wifi really didn't reach the room but it was sufficient through most of the main level

Loved the Old City location. You could walk almost anywhere. Staff were incredibly friendly The best shower I had in Thailand. Swimming pool was great. Because it didn't get much direct sunlight, it was refreshing when you jumped in. Free coffee 24/7 The facility was dated which could be a pro or con, depending how you felt about Thai artifacts

Love the location in the old city. It’s next to my favorite vegetarian restaurants. The hotel decor is traditional Thai with beautiful art. It’s still got the old Thai vibes. Love that. I love the pool and garden area. My favorite place to stay in chiang mai. Great value for the price.

Staff were sooo lovely and friendly. Made us feel at home and welcome! Super helpful. Pool was lovely and the carvings, art and patio area really made you feel immersed in traditional Chiang Mai. Would definitely stay here again

The rooms are old fashioned but cosy. Wall paper is a bit dated as is some of the furniture. My bathroom door didn't close properly but other than that it was all good!

The staff were super nice, honest and helpful and the location is great! The patio inside the hotel is so cute, well curated and peaceful. Wi-fi works well and there's free coffee available for guests. They offer quite a few services as well at competitive prices.

It needs a face wash... All quite old and abandoned, not enough lighting or electric plugs.. there are better places to stay in chiang Mai, but still is ok to stay there.

The place have a vibe, with nice old furniture and amazing swiming pool. Staff is polite and helpfull. Well located.

Bed was very firm which was fine for me but my partner wasn't keen.

Great location, very helpful and friendly staff from the moment we arrived they couldn't do enough for us. Gave good advice about transport, things to do and helped book trips. Rooms basic but large and clean and very good price. No kettle in rooms but this wasn't a problem as free tea/coffee etc in the reception area. Swimming pool was lovely after a long day out. I would definitely return.

The common area is not very inviting and the trash is too accessible which results in rats running around on the ground floor.

The rooms are tidy and the beds very comfortable. Pool is large and well tempered.

Internet was horrible: "Your connection is so slow, your data may be compromised." There were often two or three guys sleeping in the lobby. Not wheelchair accessible.

My room had a fabulous wall-to-wall window, so I could watch the dawn and listen to the rain falling on the pool. Each room has a painting on the door. Good hot water in the shower. Once, when the hot water stopped working, the staff fixed it quickly. There's a nice patio area with bistro tables, lots of greenery, beautiful wood carvings, and a big spirit house. Therre were several Black guests smiling and laughing, so it's a good place for BIPOC. Very quiet. Near restaurants.

We stayed 4 nights and they didn't come to clean the room. They said we should ask them to do so. No refrigerator in the room. Bathroom smelled bad. They didn't ever refill toilet paper and free bottles of water in the room.

Gorgeous traditional style hotel. Many art items everywhere, mainly woodcraft and paintings. Beautiful gardens and spacious common use areas. Comfortable room. Great value for money.

Wi-fi is not so good if you need to work like me. I stayed in the fan room, and the bedroom is old, old tv too, but it was clean and comfortable enough to me.

The staff were lovely. ESP June at the front desk. Location was fantastic close to everything. Pool was perfect and there were toilets downstairs which was very good. Lots of seating to chill in the evenings. Room was very basic but perfect for what we needed. It was clean and we paid for air con as an extra as the room with the fan was too hot. Tea and coffee facilities downstairs.
