We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaRoom did not have tissue box. Television had bad reception, either no pictures or very grainy. AC blew cold air directly to the headboard made it uncomfortable to sleep. On the lst day, housekeeping forgot to restock cotton bud.
Perfect location, few minute walk to the BTS station, market, 7-11, hospital, street food, etc... Room was a little small due to a king size bed. There was not much room to store bif suitcase or open it up. Room had many shelves and drawers. Bathroom was clean and shower area was big. AC worked ok. Staff were very nice and professional. They can book a taxi to the airport with a very low price. It was very quiet at night and very secure. Free 2 bottles of water a day.

BelgiumA minor thing, but i prefer to mention it. The pricing policy information for this hotel on the website of Booking.com states: "no credit card or booking fees". I guaranteed my booking with my credit card, but upon my arrival, the receptionist mentioned that if I used my credit card, a 4 percent charge would be added to the bill. The hotel however allowed me to pay in cash the next day.
- quiet area, quiet hotel (only 4 rooms per floor) - everything works in the room. - the room is 20m2 as advertised. Pictures are correct. - clean bathroom - room cleaning is done efficiently soon after you leave the room in the morning. Nice staff. - 2 free bottles of water per day - a large fridge

Location was really good for nightlife, food and shopping, bed was comfortable and staff were really helpful with keeping luggage, booking taxis and giving directions.

The staff were always friendly and attentive. The room always clean and had everything we needed. We left to go to Koh Chang for a few days and the room was kept clean and secure for us. Before coming to Thailand I had ordered an engagement ring and had it sent to Silom Forest for them to keep safe and a secret from my partner which they did a fantastic job with. They really went above and beyond for us. Beds were firm and incredibly comfortable. Air con worked wonders. Good choice of television channels on a big screen for when we're in bed. Shower hot and powerful with a rain head.

RussiaCheck-in took around 40 minutes. We came from another hotel that we didn't like around 10pm. Booked through booking.com in front of the reception, it was much cheaper, half-price. Reception lady couldn't find our reservation, then asked for a 1000thb deposit, to be returned next day. Something we never heard before. We didn't have enough cash, so she phoned to the manager and cut it to 400thb(our only cash). Than paying for our hotel also took awhile, she was texting on the phone, maybe with a manager. We asked to pay when check out which we usually do, but it wasn't allowed. Also deluxe room was very small, 2 people no matter how small will stumble into each other and everything else. And no breakfast included for such price.
