beds r very old and uncomfortable. one bed in my room was unusable. I didn’t bother cuz it was a twin bed room and me being single occupant didn’t see the point to make fuss nevertheless the other mattress weren’t that good either. time to change those mattresses altogether really. fridge doesn’t cook properly. it was on all day yet couldn’t make ice and didn’t chill the drinks properly. ac control unit should have better modem features.

it has a royal look. it’s big and wide opening gives a posh feel. stuffs are well trained and nice .

Apart from the upgraded room we did not get any recognition for the birthday which we had specifically mentioned both verbally and in writing. Our room was not cleaned at all in the last 3 days because the cleaner regularly cleaned it at around 6-6.30 pm and in the last 3 days this time conflicted with our evening plans. Despite putting out the Please, clean the room sign for 6-7 hours during the day, and the fact she was cleaning neighbouring rooms, ours kept being missed. The hotel restaurant was closed at 8 pm on 27 Dec so we ended up eating streetfood - with a few other hotel guests. The bar was not really functional, no decoration, no vibe, no service. Apart from the pool nothing else was operating - due to covid? The breakfast advertised in the lift is far behind the photos, not really worths the hassle nor the price.

The Front Desk staff was very kind, attentive and efficient. We received an upgraded room due to the milestone birthday we were celebrating plus for having booked 9 nights. The hotel is fairly centrally located and the rooms are spacious.

The hotel is a vintage (oldish) building, I don’t like the toilet, toilet’s flush not refill quickly.

It took à deposit and we need to wait 14days to be refunded. Bathroom is old fashioned. Cleaning was the minimum and Toiletries were not replaced. Breakfast was OK and lack more options since it was à buffet. We asked à double bet and got twin beds one was broken.
