The hotel is clean and neat, breakfast has a wide variety of choices and the staff were professional and polite! Much thanks to nur eldin the manager for taking great care of us.

Very good position there is metro tram and bus station just in the nearby, you are next the touristic tramway line you can reach almost most of monuments and touristic area. It is clean and room size was correct for a family with two kids. Staff is pleasant and helpful. Breakfast also was a good value. Over all it is a good deal based on the price.

We had a very spacious room with 2 beds, beautifully modernized. Room: Cleanliness rated 10, towels changed and bed made every day. The room was always clean when we returned from the city. Bathroom: Very good water pressure in the shower and hot water was instant, no waiting required. The room climate was very good at night and easy to adjust. Breakfast was very diverse and tasty, everything fresh. Reception was excellent, available anytime we needed assistance and provided guidance to the places we wanted to visit. Guarded parking right in front of the hotel. Very pleasantly impressed! Highly recommend.

Staff members at reception are kind and helpful. When we just arrived to hotel ,the receptionist gave us the key of one selected room but when went to the room it wasn’t yet ready and we were sent to another room . The rain shower wasn’t working in the bathroom , not enough hangers or shelves to hang or fold clothes and the fridge stopped working next day after we arrived (we recognized it only on last days when we wanted to place sweets purchased )

The location is great and easy to access the main touristic locations , the included breakfast was amazing,fresh vegetables .

The hotel location is great! It's a walking distance to most of the sightseeings. The staff is really nice, kind, and helpful! We will be back for sure .

All was great about our stay . The staff was very friendly and attentive. The room was clean abd big . The breakfast is tasty and diversified. It s close to a variety of shops , restaurants and attractions . Just a 3 min walk from aksaray tram stop .

Our room was big enough and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was always upto standard and fresh, the hotel staff was very friendly and always available for assistance, I liked how they informed us of tourists attract places to visit and what tour guide are going to be available.

The rooms could have been more cleaner (found dust and other residuals under and near some of the major furniture pieces).

Great location on a main street, walkable distance to major touristic points, but also very close to tram station. Free parking available just in front of the hotel. Very good and various breakfast. Upper rooms with a very nice view, but noisy at night due to traffic on main street. Nice and helpful staff, they have helped us very much during our stay.

There was nothing we disliked.

Modern clean contemporary hotel. Large family room to sleep 4. Very helpful staff. The location was perfect, only a short 3 minute walk to the tram station. Air-conditioned rooms. From the minute we booked and throughout our stay,Nurretin at teception communicated well and responded to all of our needs and queries. The hotel pictures online do not do justice. The hotel is a far better.

No entrance for baby trolly

Location is very good, the stafee were so friendly specially Nour Al deen form the reception, he upgraded our room for free and allowed us to check in 3 hours earlier than expected.

Really enjoyed our stay at the hotel, both hotel manager Izzat and Nooruddin displayed exceptional professionalism and dealt with all queries very well We were upgraded to a suite room, kids really enjoyed the stay Breakfast was good, and so was hotel menu for room service Very close to tram station too, location was very good, only 4 stops away from the sultanahmet area Overall, was very happy with the service 😊
