Not a hotel issue, but something to keep in mind. The hotel is close to a mosque, so the call for praying can be hear from early morning. Not big issue since most of the tour start early anycase.

The staff is really nice and helpful. They arranged the tours and the transfer from the airport for us, so our trip was worry-free.

Too little options for breakfast!

The cave room was a great experience. Location was easily accessible, close to restaurants, cafes and shops. We booked our airport transfers and tours through the hotel. Staffs were very helpful and friendly.

When we arrived, our rooms were not quite ready. We had to wait around 45 minutes before we finally got to settle down. It was a short inconvenience which was overcome by the amazing experience we had of visiting Cappadocia.

I had the pleasure of staying here with family for 2 nights in August. The location is fantastic as Goreme is quite a hilly area, and this hotel is located towards the bottom of the hill. So accessing it is easy. The staff was polite, the breakfast was simple but enough and the rooms were ok for a few nights' stay. Other reviews have mentioned that the local mosque is just a few minutes away, so the morning call to prayer will be heard very clearly if you stay in this hotel. As a Muslim, this wasn't an issue for me, and it was nice to join them in the congregation with each prayer. If you're in the area, you're obviously going to want to experience the hot air balloons and other activities. I was pleased that all the drivers who collected us from the various companies knew exactly where the hotel was and we were collected from outside our door. The main street in Goreme is just a few minutes' walks away, with plenty of options to eat either a proper meal or a snack. I visited with family, and my teenage children felt completely safe roaming around at night. So that's a huge thumbs up from me. Finally, on the second morning, we woke up early and went to the rooftop terrace and got to watch the hot air balloons flying overhead. It was a magical experience and one I will never forget. The room we stayed in wasn't air conditioned, even though it was written in the description, which was one of the reasons I booked it. Fortunately, at night it does get sufficiently cool, and its bearable if you close your curtains during the hot summer days. They did offer to give a fan so in the end it was okay. Nonetheless I was disappointed as the description was inaccurate. The terrace was locked when we wanted to see the balloons in the morning, which I felt was one of the biggest reasons for using it. If you're coming by car, bear in mind you won't have a designated spot for yourself and may need to look for a spot in the narrow one-way streets 1 or 2 mins away, but this is probably the case for most of the budget hotels.

Came here for the weekend with my girlfriend. We specifically asked for a cave room which was very nice and unique. It was able to keep us cool at night in the summer. The staff was friendly and helped us with parking when we asked them and also booked an ATV tour for us (wouldn't recommend if you want to drive fast or freely). You could have a nice breakfast on the terrace with a nice view of the town.

I suffer from Insomnia so found hotel too noisy. Other guests shouting at night time etc. Although I was in a cave room, the shower was slightly cramped. My room was very basic, needed modernisation and more toiletries could'vebeen provided. Very basic breakfast, only allowed 1 egg, but they don't stop you providing you're own

Nice family run hotel, well placed, close to the heart of Göreme. Our room was rather small, but clean and functional. Breakfast was served on the terrace with the nice view on the surrounding area. Free street parking was arranged with the help of the hotel's owners. Price quality ratio was good. Will stay there again when next time in Göreme.
