Everyone at the hotel were so friendly especially Jacob. I felt very well cared for.

The room is not too big. The lights in the room could be brighter and the hairdryer could be stronger though. And the lift is quite tiny.

Faros Hotel is at the perfect location at the Old City within walking distance of tourist attractions such as Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Topkapi Mosque and others. It is just a few minutes walk away from the Tram which is so convenient! The staff at Faros Hotel are all so lovely. Special thanks to Jacob who helped me in any way he could. There was a problem with my hotel airport car, and due to this, the hotel had upgraded my room to a room with balcony. Jacob who also helped provide me with information on tours and helped booked me a show which I wanted to watch. The hotel also has lovely breakfast choices from breads, many types of cheeses, salads, eggs and cakes. It was lovely.

Central location of the old city with lots of scenic places within walking distance. Amazing! Excellent locations for shopping and dining. City is full of excitement and activities. Local people are very nice ,friendly though most of them do not understand English ,they do try to help and assist anyhow. That really makes travellers feel comfortable. The Faros Old City has provided a wonderful breakfast that I haven’t tried from the other hotels before though the place is little and old fashioned. Yet l really enjoyed staying in that surrendering. Staffs are nice and helpful! Excellent!

The toilet seats and shower. The boat tour guide dropped us off a distance from the hotel and we got lost (in the rain). Would have preferred guidance back to the hotel.

You have to give your passport and year of birth to sign into the internet which is a little unusual! Appreciated the room is not an update to give me a bigger room with you beds. Family room for single travel not an upgrade. Slugs position for the twin beds but not for the queen size. Face blade gave off toilet flusher. Not fixed as asked

We couldn’t get a proper night sleep due to the noise from outside, the corridor and other rooms. I think that breakfast was disappointing and could be improved. It would be nice to be asked if want anything to drink and staff should check if plates and all products are available.

Location is perfect. It is very close to everything: attractions, shops, restaurants and a tram. Restaurant food is very good. Reception staff was very helpful .

The Hotel has a perfect location as it is in close walking distance to the major attractions including the Blue Mosque and Grand Bazaar. Our spacious room on the top floor has great views overlooking the street and beyond that we really took advantage of from the private balcony with the comfy bistro setting - a perfect spot for relaxing any time of day or night. It was a treat having our buffet breakfast in the lovely restaurant on the ground floor that looks out to the street. All members of staff are welcoming, friendly and respectful and sincerely went out of their way to make our stay so enjoyable and memorable. A wonderful stay that we can recommend...
