the negatives are that we booked it through booking and chose to pay cash. when we arrived at the hotel luckily we were served quickly although we knew that check-in is at 14:00. but when we went to pay the person in charge told us that he didn't have change to give us and he kept it. the room was relatively good. quite clean. the beds were good a bit uncomfortable and hard. it had a view of the open air of course. the big problem is that there were only two outlets to charge our mobiles one of which was not working.for breakfast we went down at 8:45. but it was very bad, the buffet was almost empty.

we chose this particular hotel to stay in istanbul. the positives are that it is close to the center within 5 minutes from the metro station and the center of Taksim. there you can find many nice shops for food and coffee. The room was clean and comfortable. We had warm water.

We booked 3 beds for 5 nights, we got 1 med bed with 1 small bed all 5 nights. Also, we had to change our room 3 times! The breakfast wasn't that good

The thing that Iam very upset about is the breakfast!! There wasn’t that much of options in the breakfast and it was just some cereal and boiled eggs and some other stuff but there was no cooked eggs for example omelet or any beans or even fruits to offer at the breakfast which was very upsetting to me because breakfast costed me approximately around 40$ for 2 guests and it’s not what I expected from this hotel and I’m very disappointed in the breakfast compared to other hotels in the area the breakfast is lacking many things and it needs the management attention immediately. Also to add there was no napkins on the table to clean ur hands or anything if needed !!!

Although I deal with this hotel since 2013, I choose it every time I visit Istanbul, but this time I found it less satisfying. We had cockroach in the bathroom, also Breakfast options very very limited and cold.

Staff are very kind, they are ready to help with anything quickly, location very near to Taksim square, and Busphorus view is amazing

Front desk was great, Meysam Hawrahi was very helpful and accommodating getting me into the hotel smoothly and efficiently, I have nothing but praise for his efforts after a long flight.

airconditioner could have been working, hot water could have been available, the payment recieving person could have handed over the extra cash, the reception person/ payment receiving person could have been more considerate to the problems stated above.

Bed not comfortable, toilet also not good and all rime we heard toilet sound from cabinet from rooms upstairs and beside us, neighbor voices all time is high and w can’t sleep at all

Don’t stay in this hotel its very very bad hotel the staff and the rooms , the rooms is very tiny and the stuff is very aggressive the manger of the hotel is aggressive and the front desk they refused to let our friend to visit us with out pay 30 dollars , and we only been late for 1:30 hours they shot to us and entered the room when i was changing my clothes to kick us out of the hotel all of this and they will not offer you any thing water or tea or room service or any thing !!!!
