I wouldnt say there was anything to like about this hotel other than the location of the hotel and the fair connection of the wifi.
There is soo many bad things which I experienced during my duration at the hotel with my boyfriend. The staff are very rude and not polite. When we checked-in in the afternoon we went out and on our way back we was stopped by hotel staff and been questioned about which room we are saying whats our names etc in a very unpolite manner. The staff at breakfast expect you to greet them and look at you really weird when you dont and ask for your room number in a really sophisticated way. I believe that this hotel is just targeted towards arabs as there are soo many which can be quite loud people when you want to sleep at night. The rooms were cleaned as in just the towels were changed and the bed sheets but no sort of cleaning occured actually really took place. The TV was just in Turkish which I understand fluently but I dont really watch as I prefer english but the hotel didnt offer this facility. The rooms were really old, the bathroom ceiling was in a terrible condition and not a pretty sight. During our stay, there was some construction taking place and there was a lot of noise which disrupted mine and my boyfriends sleep, so we called the hotel reception, they genuinely didnt believe us and said we will send a staff to the room, which they didnt. I really think the staff is terrible with no lack of training into their job, the hotel itself is completely rubbish.
Good location, breakfast, Wifi and appearance
Main complaint is abscence of ironing self-service. They replied they had a laundry service and my shirt will be ready in three hours for $4. I don't need this, thanks. In our room the smell of drain was sometimes awful. The toilet bowl could be cleaner.
I found the staff friendly. The reception area was very nice and clean. Breakfast good. Bedroom clean and comfortable.
Only Turkish stations on tv. wifi came and went.
POSITION OF THE HOTEL ONLY
STAFF IN RECEPTION ARE IMPOLITE AND NOT SERVIABLE THEY DONT TREAT CUSTOMERS GOOD, IN ADDITION THE CLEANING OF ROOMS ITS NOT GOOD AT ALL!!
Nothing .to like really only location of hotel
Rude staff, unclean carpet inside rooms, couldnt use the swimming pool cos they are forcing people to pay silly amount for the rubber hat, hidden charges for fresh juice on breakfast,no way can be 4 *hotel.
Breakfast is good and room is clean
The elevator too old , not reliable
Fatih and silda the manager were very helpful
When we arrived no room was ready then they give us room with single beds I reject it then they give us a room. it seems to buy nothing is working in this hotel AC, Water hater, and the window is broken which make the room cold late at night. Breakfast is very poor and too small rooms for more than one person
We stayed in Istanbul for 2 days 3th and 14th of October, 2014. We are a young couple who chose tis hotel for our second honeymoon. I chose this hotel on booking.com after reading about the hotel and seeing the pics of the hotel. The location and the sea side photo often showed with hotel name attracted me to chose this property (Though it turned out to be a disaster).
Well there is a long list of dislikes... Actually there isn't anything which I liked rather... I will start from the moment I entered the hotel reception, it was my first day in Turkey so I had not got the whole money changed to Turkish Liras. I was carrying Euros and us Dollars. The person on reception, Efre (If I am not spelling him wrong) made me feel like I am staying there for free. The guy seemed to be so much troubled after I asked him to conver the Turkish Liras to us Dollars and he was so rude that can't you decide in which currency to pay??? Anyhow, I just dealt with it and head towards my room. It was a real cosy lift and we entered into our room which was really small. The phone was not working and neither was ac. I told the bellboy to fix that and he made faces and murmured. I don't know if these people were actually wrestlers who were forcefully brought into hotel industry as they don't have a bit of manners and courtesy. The phone was fixed in some time but the ac was not. Further, the bathroom is so small and the water spills out of the bathing area as its not cordoned off from rest of bathroom. The rooms are old and the place needs refurbishment. (*** Alert: the rooms and the sea view shown on site are not what you get actually. ) I went to the reception and complained about everything and requested Efre (Most probably cashier and receptionist) and he said he can't do anything as hotel is full (whereby there were not much guests visible. Next day, another person at reception told me I could do the same after paying a upgradation cost). The heights of rudeness was when I returned hotel at night and asked for a electric kettle (It was mentioned while boking that I can get a kettle from hotel), the same guy said there was no provision for the same. I told him that I have it written in my booking confirmation, then he said you do not have sense of time , you should have told me in the daytime.
LOCATION NEAR TAKSIM SQUARE.
POOR VARIATION OF BREAKFAST,TUFF STAFF, POOR WI-FI QUALITY INSIDE THE ROOM.
THE LOCATION IS VERY GOOD
THE ELEVATOR ARE SOMETIMES OUT OF ORDER !

In bouth rooms we don't have TV, and in one room clima don't work. When I tell to reception they told me that they fixed very qiukly but for 3 days they do nothing - For swiming in reception told me free when I go to swim told me that I must pay 25 TL - I never go in this hotel again

My husband and I have booked this hotel with 4 other friends 6 months in advance. First we got rooms one separate floors. Our room was next to the kitchen (no. 2110). Very loud with dishes early in the morning. Other two couples got rooms somewhere in the basement, without a windows and bad beds. We were thinking to use hamam and massage, but be careful. It costs around 1.000 SEK/pers for a full treatment. Pool is "free" of charge, but you have to buy swimming cap that costs +/- 100 SEK. On top of it all, we paid around 300 SEK per person to use jacuzzi and sauna, but jacuzzi was broken for a 3 days and we had s huge problem to get money back for something that we were nit able to use and it was not our mistake. After hours of discussion we managed to get back around 50 SEK back. They will offer you anything else, but money. Staff was nice and helpful, but their English was very poor. However, next time I will think twice before booking hotel, because sometimes it's worth paying a bit more for a pleasurable stay. Room Tip: Stay away from room no. 2110, P1, P2, P3 and P4.
Location is as central as it gets.
We found old french fries beneth our beds and the minibar was empty. It was very expensive to order anything. Breakfast was sub-par.
