The hotel staffs were friendly, polite, and went the extra mile to help us book a balloon flight in a nearby city since it wasn't allowed in Goreme due to bad weather during our stay period.

I loved everything about the property. It was well maintained from outside and inside.

Breakfast was great. Room was big and the bathroom excellent. The location was convenient and easy walking around to the center. To top it all off the staff was great and available all the time.

The reception staff were amazing - Kadir and his friend. They went over their means to assist us during check-in, booking tours, recommending dining options. They also helped me with an airline ticket issue which was way beyond their responsibilities. The hotel was in great location, and the breakfast spread was superb. It has a great viewing location for the hot air balloons in the morning. I highly recommend staying in this hotel for good rooms, food, location and service.

Really enjoying the experience here,they got delicious (and hearty) breakfast,splendid view on the roof and really interesting cave room.Location is nice on the mountain,allowing you to see Göreme from a high view.

The light in the washroom could be more brighter as it was hard to do makeup.

Tmhe room was the same as showed in the pictures. The staff was very humble and courteous. Breakfast was exceptional and had a huge variety of food. The location was at a very convenient place.

There are 2 small recommendations. Breakfast could have a little more selection with cut fruit accompanying birch muesli, more coffee available both in the restaurant and rooms. Bathroom cleaning could be improved, shower screens and drains. Thank you again for the stay.

Thank you for our stay. There were lots of small things during our stay that made our time memorable at Harman Caves Hotel. The assistance from manager Samrat in communicating the attractions and arranging our 3 days of activities was amazing. Especially the recommendations on companies and restaurants… perfect. All were delightfully happy, informative, and friendly. My authentic coffee stops were so needed. Do not miss the Balloon ride easily my favourite part of our Turkey experience. The location of Harman Caves with its captivating views of the town ship was a delightful surprise. The bonus, Harman caves is located next door to one of Goreme’s best Turkish cuisine restaurant, Seten. The rooms were traditionally decorated, clean, with a comfortable bed and lots of Instagram picture points throughout the property.

We could not fault our stay it was truly amazing and memorable. We were in the fairy chimney room which was charming and very different, we would request the same room if we returned. Breakfast was really good with a large selection of tasty food. All the staff were extremely helpful and a pleasure to deal with both prior to and during our stay. If you need a hand to organise a tour they are willing to do so. Special thanks to all the staff during our stay. There is no restaurant on site for dinner but restaurants are close by which was alright with us and they can recommend.

Harman Cave hotel was best for its location, cleanliness and perfect cave hotel look. Breakfast had a good spread. Amazing view and perfect for early morning balloon beauty. The staff was really great and helpful especially Hussain who was really good at his work, very polite and courteaous. Customer friendly and helped us in every possible way to make our stay and trip memorable in Cappadocia. i highly recommend this hotel and its staff.

This was an excellent hotel! The service was superb and the staff were very helpful. They always helped us book our tours and transport prompty, and even helped me find my lost phone. The breakfast was great with a beautiful view. The rooftop and terrace areas of the hotel were well kept, with a perfect view of the area and hot air balloons in the morning. The room was very large, clean and comfortable. The location was also great, only a short walk to the town center. I highly recommend a stay at this hotel.

Well located 8 min walk to town Center. Hotel situated on hill and has highest roof terrace with unobstructed view of whole valley, 360 degrees. Truly stunning views. Top marks. Has a beautiful internal garden courtyard with blooming flowers, leading to rooms.
