Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Noise, disturbance from outside may be very close to public road.
Tram stoppage just opposite. They also have us travel card , we uploaded and travelled all through tram except airport transfers. In the same track all the tourist points , Indian restaurants were available. 3 night stay sufficient for Istanbul

this time was a bit too busy, we had a business meeting in the Delta meeting room, the guests were just too loud, but it's not about the hotel of course, just a bad coincidence. overall, everything was ok

The wall between the rooms is thin so you could hear the sounds from next room, the texture of beds and pillows is very bad with noisy sounds when you make movement in it, the stand of TV was little oblique and not straight so uou should tilled your head to watch tv.
Good location infront it tram station, if you like walk the center is not far away. Good cooperation staff.

- I mentioned that I needed a quiet room, but what I got first was a room on the street and it was noisy, so I complained and I got a room on the poolside which is supposed to be quiet, but guess what, it was a connected room and I was bitterly hearing what is happening on the other room even the night activities and some times the fight between a man and his wife, which was super annoying and I did not complain because I do not want to spend my holiday changing the rooms. - I got some water and some nuts which were outside the bar and I thought they were free to be surprised I have been charged a lot for them :) so be careful.
- The location is so great and handy on the main street close to the tram. - The room is so big and comfortable and has good facilities. - The staff are nice.

The guests were a nightmare and very poorly controlled and managed, a bit crowded and messy, especially around the pool after midnight, we were offered to stay at the premises waiting for an airport cab, yet they opened sprinkles on us at dawn to push us out!!!! It was unacceptable since we offered to pay to stay for a few hours but they said no need! Won't affect my room review and my overall experience, P.S. Two bottles of water 330ml each were 100 tl 😅 at the bar

Just disappointed that we had to pay for mineral water! I've traveled so much all my life to many countries and have stayed at various hotels, yet this was the first time I had to pay for water! All other hotels provided bottled water as compliments, which got refilled/replaced on a daily basis.
Great location, with tram station just across the street as well as easy access to bus stops, a nice big park just around the corner to run/walk in the morning. Clean room, clean bathroom, and comfortable bed.

The wife sometimes got interrupted. the attitude of 1 or two of the staff, but the majority of the staff were cooperative and professional, and kind. and I didn't like mainly the rules of holiday inn to keep alcohol drinks in the minibar of every room, and the guest has no choice to ask to remove it from his room!!!
The location was excellent, the room was comfortable with moderate size, the beds were very comfortable, the bathroom good, I didn't try the breakfast, the service and menu at the lobby very good.

the room was so small and the bathroom was not prepared enough because of the plumbing and we can here a lot of noise even if we close the window the last thing room serves wasn’t good and you should serve water every day without asking
