Hotel is in a fantastic location. We walked everywhere. Breakfast was superb, lots of choice with the most amazing view Some great restaurants just minutes walking away from the hotel. Staff on Reception were very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend this hotel

Breakfast food wasn't always 100% fresh, especially ham

Great location and very responsive staff, everyone was always ready to help. Spacios, nice and clean rooms. My mom was staying in another room and got free upgrade to a room with a view to the sea. I'd probably choose this hotel again if I'll ever visit Istanbul again.

The location was excellent with restaurants and tram station close by. Sultanahmet Square a short walk away. Amazing sea views from breakfast room. Staff were great, especially Gariep at reception amd Bilal at breakfast.

I stayed for few days in Marmara room top floor with balcony and sea view. View was great however there are few points to mention: The mattress was very firm not to everyone’s likings and also the bed was bit short I had to sleep diagonally. Also there is no barrier between balcony so guests can’t have full privacy and there is not roof so if it rains it will not be able to use. Breakfast could have be better, would suggest coffee machine and varieties of juices. Quality of food was ok but some items need better quality.

Location is very close to main attractions , few mins walk to Sultan Ahmet and Aya Sofia. Tram station is few mins walk. Staff are nice and friendly. View from Restaurant is amazing.

Location was Good. Breakfast was enjoyable with Bilal and his team. Though the Original Room I booked was unavailable due to repairs the Manager was very accommodating to see that we had a comfortable stay. I wish they had informed me earlier though. Room views were great and clean. The hotel is very well connected with most of the Tourist spots close by. I would request the Management to refrain from giving paper cups for drinking water and having tea or coffee. This does not befit a hotel of your stature. Overall a good experience with good amenities and friendly staff.

Being Asian and not that adventurous with food, we didn't have much choice to eat except bread and jam only. Would be good to have egg counter so we could have our omelette and scrambled eggs for a change

The staff were always happy to assist with a smile and the location is walking distance to Sultanahmet Area. The hotel was clean and our room was spacious also.

Prices were up quite a bit from last year.

The location is perfect as you are within walking distance to so many sights. I did get a room with a balcony with sea view, which is always worth it. The staff are always excellent--very helpful and polite.

Love this place!! I liked the super comfortable beds the first time I visited Innova, liked the cleanliness and loved the breakfast! So I have chosen that hotel on my second trip to Istanbul and did not regret at all! The only thing they need to bring up the cleaning a bit and it would be superb!

The cinema in the house was closed due to refurbishments.

The reception staff were awesome, really well mannered and offered amazing help. The location is in the Sultanahmet district and the blue mosque / Grand Bazaar is a 5 minute walk. Also, Hafiz Mustafa, and even Nusrat (Salt Bae) walking distance (10-15 minutes). Suleimanya mosque is a 20 minute walk. The tram station is 2 minutes away, plenty of restaurants and shops.

I could not have balcony open and air conditioning at the same time. It would stop. I had to call reception each time to restart it. Not a big thing just a bit inconvenient.

The staff was friendly, helpful and accommodating. Lovely gentelmen at the reseption got me the room with great view and taught me some tips if people approached me and tried to sell things to me. He suggested to say thank you and keep going. He also booked me a lovely tour around Istanbul. Thank you so much for everything. Room was big with small balcony overlooking the river. Breakfast was good, fresh and had big variety of choices. Hotel has a rooftop restaurant, I enjoyed sunset dinner from there with 180 degrees stunning views. Food was fresh.

well…there was some technical work being done to the lift just in front of my door. so as from 9am there was banging and noise. I asked at reception and I was told this would continue for weeks. I think I could have been warned before staying here, or at least they could have started later. This ruined my stay to be honest, shame as the room was lovely. Oh, and the bathroom just needs maintenance as the ceiling was peeling off.
