This place is 2 mins walk to the center. The rooms are ok, breakfast is simply presented but dont be fooled because it tastes amazing. The staff are all exceptionally sincere so much so that it feels more like a homestay. Always offering tea 😄. The balloon rides were cancelled on my first day hence demand and prices rose the next day but luckily i had fatima who speaks impeccable english, whilst also been a very warm host fighting my corner. She ensured i got my balloon ride but still at a reasonable cost the next day. Im well travelled and i can confidently say that all the staff here went the extra step to ensure my trip went was all that i wanted it to be.

We loved staying here. We booked a cave room and although we didn’t see any balloons, we had an amazing time due to the planning of other activities from the staff. The breakfast was delicious, and we had tea and coffee provided in our rooms. Our hot water was not working initially but the staff were straight on to it and fixed it happily. We also learnt some Turkish from the lovely cleaners. Their dog, Lucky, is super cute! You may see him prancing around town during your days out. We loved Lucky! Thank you for a wonderful stay :)

My room was above the entrance thus a bit noisy but I sleep with earplugs. Happened a few times that bread was missing during breakfast and they had to go out to buy it more.

Location is great, close to the city center and also a bit uphill, to give you great morning "balloons flying over panorama" views. Bathroom in my room was renovated and now has a separated big shower room. They provide sleepers and change towels daily. Breakfast was excellent and upon order they serve you Turkish coffee.

Up hill to hotel if you have difficulty with hills, breakfast very basic.

It was only a couple of minutes from center of town. Helpful staff for organising Hot Air balloon and tours and transfers. Room was clean and tidy.

Breakfast is served on a terace which offers spectacular views of the city and region. It has a wide variety of choices, both for adults and children. There is more than enough for everyone and the staff is very friendly. The rooms are very clean and with a decor that fits the area. There are stairs that need to be climbed so make sure you request a ground floor room if you have difficulties. The managers were very friendly and helpful. It is a place worth visiting again.

I absolutely loved this hotel! It has such a homely vibe and a beautiful yard. The rooms were very warm which made the stay even more comfortable. They were very pretty, functional and clean. The bathroom had everything thats necessary, I especially loved the big bath. I would totally recommend staying here!

We arrived by bus very early, at 8 am we planned to leave our things and go for a walk. The hotel is easy to find thanks to street signs. This part of the city is beautiful. It was nice that the hotel reception was open and a pleasant young man checked us in immediately. We are so grateful for this. The room and outside space are cozy. Breakfast is delicious and varied.

Exceptional. A cave with Al the amenities. Excellent exteriors and patio. A very ethnic vibe.. Cozy and Home like feeling. The interior designing is exceptional. Breakfast was good. The staff was excellent,l. Especially the lady at the reception. It’s a shame I don’t have her name to Mention here, but was well informed, knew what she was talking about, very pleasant,courteous and customer friendly and all their staff were efficient too.

I found the bed to be really uncomfortable.

The location was so great. We loved waking up to see balloons from our window and from breakfast. Breakfast was great, with a good selection. Their coffee was great too. The hotel is so nice and the room was big enough for a family of five. Parking is limited but we always found a spot.

The property is immersed in the very typical environment of Kapadokya and Göreme, you can really enjoy the view from the balcony and feel completely immersed in the particularity of this amazing Turkish region. The staff is amazingly kind and available for every need you may have, I have to thank you them for how good care they took of us.
