After a few attempts to fix the hostel location on Google Maps, I think it is correct now.

Friendly and helpful owner. Convenient location close to train station and old Town. Clean room with comfy bed and towel supplied. Tasty and plentiful breakfast provided. Relaxing courtyard for socializing or winding down with a drink. I can't comment on the dorm because it was being renovated, so guests were upgraded to a triple ensuite room.

My stay was only for a week

Perfect stay. Hosts lovely, spoke fluent English and very helpful genuine people. Not more than 5 minutes walk from the Dolmus bus station and centre of selcuk, where you can travel to efes in 10 minutes. Tuncay is a little gem on the edge of the old part of town, which is very interesting. locals seem very poor but extremely friendly. Comfy bed very quiet , fresh produce for breakfast and reasonable rates.

Lovely little hotel in the city. Close to many cafes and restaurants. Good place to stay for visiting pamukkale. The owner was very friendly and we had a great chat. Glad it was pet friendly too.

Very nice location, 5 minutes walk to the center and very close to bus station and train station. Included good breakfast (bread, butter, jam, omelette, salad, olives and coffee). Room with private bathroom, air conditioning and the beds were comfortable with fresh sheets. Wi-Fi was good and there is a nice garden where you can relax

The room needs investment but this is easier said than done as visitor numbers from Western Europe (once the mainstay of the Pension business) have plummeted.

Very good breakfast on a pleasant terrace. Jelil is a good host with a wry sense of humour. Tuncay Pension is centrally located close to St John Basilica and all bus/dolmuș/taxi services.

Close to ruins and Museum and restaurants. There were storks nesting nearby. Friendly proprietor and good breakfast in a pretty courtyard. Lovely hotel.

Manager's cats are keep harassing us when we were having breakfast. Quilts a bit smelly.

Breakfast was not enough for 5 adults, very poor in comparison to the one we got at another guesthouse in Selcuk the next morning. Got only 4 sets of towels for 5 people, but were too tired to go downstairs and ask for another one. Anyway, it must have been an honest mistake.

Great location, cozy rooms. Hosts were quite friendly, organized a taxi to Ephesus for us and agreed to store our luggage for a day after check-out.

A good choice if you need somewhere cheap and simple, in a central location. Big communal areas. Nice staff. Friendly cats..

the guesthouse did not accept payment by card, I have to get the cash from ATM which is not convenient for us. Also the room seems smaller than I booked. I booked the 24 square meter room, but the room I stayed is 16 square meter at most.

I wouldn’t say it negatively, rather it would be even better if the room size would be a little spacious. But still the room was good for couple.

The owner and his family were very friendly. The place was very beautiful with wonderfully decorated yard. They provided very good and delicious breakfast. They also helped with travel. Where most of the people there are not well conversant in English, the pension owner was very fluent in English as if you were in a English speaking country which would help other nationals to get good suggestions. Also, the property is located in a good place from where you can take a walk to the Archaeological museum, Basilica of St. John, Byzantine aqueduct and local street market. The place is only a few minutes walk from the Selcuk train and bus station. Furthermore, many restaurants are located nearby.
