Passageways a bit dark, appeared under repair

Room window did not open for fresh air. A window that opens only a few inches for security would be nice. No exhaust fan in the bathroom. An overpowering disinfectant or odor-controlling scent permeated the room and I could not air the place out with sealed window and no exhaust fan. Room and bathroom was smaller than anticipated.

Only a 1 minute walk to the boardwalk. I could see the ocean from the balcony. Room was very clean. Staff was very friendly.

Booking.com will not let you cancel for any reason. Not even a hurricane.

We went to Rehobeth to go bike riding. the trails are very nice in Henlopen State Park. We will do it again. We will not use Booking.com.

Building was older. No door in sink area. No night light. I went with my son so it was difficult getting dressed in the bathroom which had space for toilet and tub only. Building doesn’t face beach but you can see the beach on an angle. No breakfast.

The weather wasn't very co-operative. And on top of that had a flat tire. But thanks to one of your employees, he got a portable air compressure put air in tire so we could go and get it plugged.

Very clean. The distance from boardwalk is a very big plus for me.

We only had a partial roll of toilet paper and no spare, but that was quickly fixed when I went to desk and got another plus a spare for our room.

Loved the pool and sunroom. Very clean and inviting. Pool water was warm and inviting. Doors were open so we could enjoy the breeze from the beach. Location was excellent for access to beach and boardwalk. Plan to return as this was a great location of so many things, including dining, shopping, sunning, and relaxing.

I do not have anything negative to say about our room or our stay. However, we are not consistent beach goers so we don't have all the "stuff" that is nice to have - I would have loved the option to borrow or rent chairs/umbrellas/etc at a discount from the beach prices.

This hotel is in a fantastic location for families visiting Rehoboth Beach. It is near one end of the boardwalk so the arcades and such are not in your face but are only a short walk away. The beach was only a 2 min walk for my two little kids - couldn't ask for more convenience. On site parking for 1 vehicle is in a raised lot, not on street.

Parking is terrible. They have a parking garage, if you are staying there you should have a spot. We drove our car to dinner our 2nd day and never got another spot the entire week. When I alerted staff they said I would have to pay for city parking. I ended up paying over 60.00 for city parking. If they can't accommodate their guests parking ...they should offer to pay for city parking.

The bathroom was dirty and the fixtures above eye level looked like they haven't been cleaned in a long time. I definitely think the place could use a little bit of a face-lift and a good cleaning.

I loved how close it was to the beach and everything else, I loved the pool, and I loved how kind all of the employees were!
