The highway noise was a bit loud. There was a car that was blocking an area to get through that was a little annoying.

It was an easy location, right off the highway. The rooms were clean and staff was friendly. We were able to find a grocery store and restaurants not too far away.

We were disappointed that the outdoor halls were not lit at night and we had to use the flashlight on our phones to get to our room. This was very unsafe and scary. We also were kept awake at night from two guests arguing loudly from their room. I should have called the front desk or 911 to resolve the problem.

The room was large and spacious with enough room for two people to lay out our suitcases and toiletries. We each had a chair to sit in . We were pleasantly surprised that the room had a refrigerator, microwave and a coffee maker.

I talked to a gal from booking.com and I was suppose to get a call back as all of us but 3 were canceled on our flights due to the blizzard storm. She said her system was down but it should be no problem to cancel and would call as soon as system was back up. I never heard from her so I’m assuming it never came back up?

not sure only 3of 9 of us made it so only one rom was used. all the rest of our flights were canceled so never made it

When the bathroom fan was on, we felt a smell of cigarette smoke coming in. The beds were very tall. Sleeping next to my toddler, I wanted to move the bed to the wall for her not to fall out, but quickly noticed it was very dusty and dirty under the bed, so I moved it back. Also saw some stains on the bedding.

Comfortable beds, big room, easy to get to from the free way, but still quiet inside the room. Close to some good dinner and breakfast restaurants.

location, no where to hangout around the hotel beside your room. not the greatest looking exterior. close to apts, freeway, & 2 other hotels. Sign is also very hidden in the dark making it more challenging to locate the hotel in general.

The floors were dirty. I took a shower and my feet were filthy after walking on the floors.

There was no way to block the sliding windows open a few inches for ventilation. An amateur plumber piped the sink and shower valves with hot and cold reversed. isolated from eateries. The building is hard to find due to poor signage.

Our upstairs room in the back was quiet.

A little difficult getting in and out of the property driveway as the roadway was a busy highway.

The water valve by the toilet leaked and left water on the bathroom floor.

The beds were very comfortable, if a little too high to easily get onto. The wood tile floors are very nice.

More a suggestion to the facility... they should really consider taking down the sign for muir woods motel when they already have a lodge sign. It cheapens the place down and will likely dissuade people from booking. That being said, the room is updated and clean. Bathroom is small but serves the purpose.
