We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaIt was noisy outside our room (in the parking lot) till around 3 in the morning (both nights). People talking loud/yelling & knocking on things. Couldn't find a working ice maker. The bed was a little too hard for me, but to be fair .. I have severe back issues, so I kind of expect that when staying places.
Shawn, the gentleman that checked us in, was extremely nice! He is definitely an asset there. The room was already cool upon arrival (AC on) & smelled good.

United States of AmericaWi-fi was weak. The beds were hard. There is nothing in the tubs to prevent sliding. Needs a good refreshing. Water pressure was low. At least you could take a shower. Some of the lights did not work. Old refrigerator and microwave. No charging by the beds. No closet. Parking by my room was tight as one guest didn't move their car since I arrived.
The area was away from a lot of other businesses, but being near the highway, sometimes it was loud. The other guests were friendly, but some had small children that made noise. The AC unit worked well. Jack is doing his best to accommodate all customers. A lot of construction by the area. A few small stores that need the same upgrades are nearby. Laundry is cheap. There's not much to-do in that area, but if you need cheap accommodations and can deal with making adjustments, it's not too badvif a place.

United States of AmericaWhen checking in there was a gentleman napping on the couch with out his shoes and turned out to be a member of the owners family. Room was not well maintained large gaps around door bed frame had burn marks and tv was as damaged with lines going through the screen.

GermanyWe have seen many low budget motels over the years and know that you have to contend with some dirt, smell, noise, etc. But this motel was in a different realm. Obviously blankets and sheets from the previous resident, hair, stains, breadcrumbs. In the 2nd room we had a nice reception committee with two cockroaches and a really bad smell. 3rd room was a smoking room, although there was a no smoking sign on the door, at least the beeping smoke detector (battery low) in the room was quite appropriate. Btw. all this at 1am after a horribly delayed flight from LHR. The night ended in the car, at a nearby gas station😒.

Location was perfect, not too close to the mall to get bogged up with traffic, but close enough to get some take out and relax. The staff were very friendly and made check in/out a breeze!

United States of AmericaI booked a non smoking room and was sent to a room that wreaked of smoke. Cobwebs were in every corner of room and spotted several roaches and bed bugs. Area around the hotel seemed sketchy. While showering, the water was still running from the main faucet so tub filled up very quickly. Came back way later on, water still haven't drained from tub.
Pretty affordable pricing.

United States of AmericaThe room was not clean the floor was disgusting , the restroom was dirty the smell of cigarette smoke and weed came in through the A/C , it felt more like being at some ghetto apartments than a hotel good thing we only used it to sleep but I had to buy air freshener and Lysol , will not ever stay again , you get what you pay for pretty much .
The poop was ok except for the fact that everyone was smoking cigarettes and weed with children around and it’s supposed to be a smoke free environment

United States of AmericaI didn't like anything so I didn't stay. Booking.comcalled and tried make a 2nd reservation and they still didn't want to honor it. Gave a quote it didn't want to honor it. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and will make it my duty to let everyone know.
