I wish I had an bay view

There was a crowd of people gathered outside their room, drinking, watching something from the back of their truck. They very extremely loud and blocked the stairs to go up. This continued until midnight, staff were present when the gathering started and nothing was said or done. This hindered my experience as we only stayed the one night and couldn't properly relax.

Loved the view, bed was very comfortable. I liked our corner room on the 3rd floor.

Location bay views are beautiful and a nice little area to sit at the bay and only two blocks from the ocean . Units were clean and beds were comfortable

The 2nd night, I got an extra room. I pulled down sheets and these sheets were not changed. Long black hair everywhere.yick. I slept on other bed in room which was fine

Kitchen facilities - very old. Refrigerator was ok :)

The location is excellent. Walking distance to the beaches (ocean and Bay), restaurants and bars, coffee shops. Great place to start your biking tour. Big parking lot and big rooms with balcony.

Some stains here and there, bed table bottom, shower ceiling. TV a nice size, but no info was available for anything on. Also, the only channel guide was the slow crawler from the 1990's.

It was pretty cool to have the Rehobath Bay in our back yard! Jusst gorgeous. The sunsets were beautiful. The front office staff were really nice and helpful. It was a great week with great October weather.

Easy walk to the beach. They accomodated an upgrade to a bay view room, and I was so appreciative! Was wonderful to be able to enjoy the balcony and beautiful view.

The view was absolutely beautiful. They up are room to have this view. It was worth giving up the king size bed. Next time I would like both the view and the bed.

Is was more like a motel than a resort.

Location was fantastic.

Easy walk to beach and right on bay. Lovely bar down the road.

There were four of us but only 3 plates in the kitchenette. The freezer was in badly in need of defrosting but it was nice to have the small stove and nice size refrigerator. The staff didn't offer any information on the kayak and paddle boards that were for rent. They were pricey to rent but if we had been told we would get 20% off for paying cash we would have taken advantage of that.

The view of the bay from our balcony was excellent. The room was very clean. The location was great for the fact that we were right by the bay and there was only a block and a half walk to the ocean. There was a pier out into the bay that my husband and son enjoyed fishing from. There were also kayaks and paddle boards available for rent to use in the bay. There was a beautiful, although tiny park right beside the motel that was great for pictures. We weren't there for a wedding but there was a small wedding venue right beside the motel. They offered coffee in the office and it was good.

The cooking appliances were not cleaned properly. But everything else was perfect.

No breakfast was included. The location of the hotel is excellent!

A little outdated

Great location. Walking distance to the main strip of Dewey Beach. Great view of the bay.

The A/C unit in the room was leaking a little so there was a bit of a wet spot around it. The room was otherwise nice. We did have an issue with a double payment, but when we called the resort and reported the issue it was taken care of in minutes!

Our stay was a bit unexpected after celebrating my husband's birthday with our favorite band ;), but even though we did not get time to enjoy the scenery all that much, the location and view of the bay was awesome, especially for the price. The gentleman at the front desk was really nice and had our room ready 10 minutes after we made the reservation. We did have an issue with a double payment, but when we called the resort and let them know of the issue, it was taken care of in minutes, literally!! The room was clean except for the mentioned small issue I already mentioned, which we didn't bring to the attention of the staff until check-out. The bed and pillows were comfortable bathroom was clean, and the room didn't have any actual smell, which we liked. All in all a great stay for a great price, we would absolutelystay there again!
