It was under construction. Very outdated. We were not informed prior to our stay that it was under construction. We were going to a concert, so too late to change hotels. The breakfast was also not as advertised. The website said hot breakfast, it was a take and go due to the construction.

That they was renovating the elevator was not working had to take the stairs to the fourth floor and then the room was ice cold the heater was not working. Couldn’t get a drink either the vending machine was not working

Lots of Dust for remodeling. Bed sheets were dirty, not changed. Drawers were broken. Hole in tub. Floor was dirty, Hallways need t be cleaned...Dont put guest on water damaged floors. Elevator was not working properly.

Price was too high but it was too late for me to cancel. They had construction going on. Room fee for incidentals was Cash only. Usually it's charged on credit card. No ATM availability. Luckily I had 50 dollars on me. Very inconvenient. Furniture was old and outdated. Bathroom had every fixture painted over. Very sloppy. Room door didn't close at all. I could push door open with my hand. No room key needed. Not safe at all.

Bed was very comfortable and location was what I needed.

The hall carpets we dirty. The room was not very well taken care of. Vinyl was coming up off the floors. No all of the outlets worked. Great location but poor accommodation's.

Staff was nice. Room was VERY disappointing. One of our outlets was not working and it was dangling off the wall. Blow dryer did not work. Vinyl was coming up off the floor. Overall very disappointed!!

NO POOL!!.. After reserving this for such long time we could have been informed that pool was Not available.. My wife was upset.. No working refrigerator. With smile the front desk guy said No refrigerators work they just for keeping things cooler not cold. Waited for next day and asked different front desk guy and he sent Maintenance man.. Thanks to Maintenance man for finding us working fridge.. My wife is Diabetic and needs to keep insulin in fridge.. We were going to be there for while.. First guy didn't care at all.. Thanks to 2nd guy and Maintenance man.. Ceiling fan was broke and ice machine on 3rd floor was not working.. One of beds had ants in them..

Breakfast could have been better but at least there was something.. Location was good.. We ended up walking back from concert because trolly not available..

Flooring was bubbling up. Found a roach in the restroom. Microwave had no rotating plate in it. Didn't turn on. Two of the lamps did not work. One of the outlets was protruding out of the wall and room had a weird smell.

The staff was very friendly. Location was perfect. Near Six Flags and the ATand T Stadium. Despite all that was wrong with the room the bed was very comfortable and room was clean.

Breakfast was lukewarm and not a lot of variety. Pictures from booking sight were quite different to the in-person rooms. Heard from other guest it was really warm in their room and their ACs didn't work. Very warm in lobby and breakfast area all the time.

Distance to concert venue. Was close to some restaurants. AC worked in room. Overall price for stay was a good price.

It was nothing like the pictures at all. We had already damaged furniture in our room. The curtains weren’t on the track. So closing them was a no go. The bed had satins of blood on them. The bed was falling off the stand. Dirty microwave. Out of all the Baymont we have stayed at this was the biggest let down. Breakfast was lame. The only hot thing was waffles. You chose either the waffle, hard boiled egg, or prepackaged muffins.

They didn’t clean our room, the fridge inside the room was leaking, there was a hole in the wall of our bathroom, the lock on the door didn’t really work, breakfast was meh they only had bread to make toast and a self make and serve waffle station that ran out of batter pretty fast

Upon arrival, when checking in, I was told I had to pay a $50 cash deposit on top of my normal charge. They said it would be refunded when I check out. It was very inconvenient because nowhere was it stated in my booking notes or on their website that I would have to do this when checking in. I had to go find an atm to get cash out and it was a waste of my time, because, if I had known about this, I would’ve had it ready to go. I was incredibly disappointed and frustrated. Luckily I had the extra funds available to do this, but if I didn’t, I would have had no place to stay. I did get the deposit back, but the whole process was very frustrating!

The room I got, had a bad toilet, felt wobbly and noisy when you get up from it. Also I had a hairdryer that didn’t even work!
