When we first arrived, staff put us in a room with NO JACUZZI TUB, which we reserved!! Took 45 minutes to resolve!! The toilet was broken, we had to manuakky pull the plunger and use the ice bucket to fill by hand with water, rugs were stained, and had a bad smell! There was no " Please do not disturb" sign, and I was given a printed one!!! The breakfast area was being used as a storage area!! The door to the room didn't open properly!! Found dead bugs on the floor in the bathroom and spiders crawling on the bathroom countertop!! Light bulbs in one lamp did not work. I asked for a replacement and never received it!!

The light over the sink was not working. They brought us a lamp to use. After we shut off the TV it would not come back on. There were roaches in the room. Yes roaches. Though we didn't use the pool, there was green algae growing in it. Dismal breakfast fixings.

Room really needed updating. Stains on desk chair and hide a bed mattress. Many lights needed bulbs. Volume didn’t work on tv. Unfortunately this was the better room as I refused the first one given.

Advertised hot breakfast was only coffee and prepackaged muffin. Signs on juice and waffle maker “out of order”. No toaster Lobby reeked of cigarette smoke. Room floor- apparently never cleaned near edge near walls. All dirty w/ hair, lint and ? No toilet paper in room

Before we even got into the room we could hear the air conditioner grinding away like the breaks on an 18wheeler. It was obviously in need of repair. We asked to change rooms and were told the hotel was full. The air conditioner worked thankfully, but it was loud! The general condition of the room was poor. Obviously very old, which is ok if things are in good repair, but everything was in poor condition. The carpet was stained and sticky. The sheets and bedspreads had cigarette holes in them. The toilet paper holder was torn out of the wall, and gross behind it. The door closed but had to be shoved hard to lock it. It bulged a little even when the dead bolt was locked, which made it hard to lock the bar lock. Overall it did lock, but it didn't give the idea that it couldn't be busted down easily. Not how you want to sleep in a hotel. I have stayed in cheep hotels my whole life and this one wasn't worth half the price we paid, let alone full price. I have stayed in nicer hotels in underdeveloped countries, and not on a resort. Would not recommend, and will not return.

Check in was easy. They had my reservation, and it was simple. The drains worked.

The door jammed every time we left and had to get a member of staff to let us in. The room was not very clean...The toilet had dirty rings in it. WOULD NOT STAY HERE AGAIN AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE.

Our first room was falling apart. Had to push real hard to get the door open.Trim missing. Wasn't very clean. TV sucked. Ac unit about ready to fall off the wall. Smoke detector was hanging off the wall. No shower curtain. Second room was a little better. TV still sucks. Some what clean. Toilet paper holder about to fall off.

Cleanliness, tub wouldn’t drain after 1 quick shower, had to repeatedly go to front desk to have room cards re-activated. Cops coming at 2:30am, cigarette burns on furniture, people living in rooms and puking all over, strange person-unknown even if man or woman cleaning the outside windows at 10:30 at night. No complimentary breakfast as stated. Syringes in the bushes, liquor bottles all over property. Prostitutes working out of rooms…and that’s what I can think of off the top of my head. And of course no discount when we brought this to the attention of management…they just told us to go somewhere else.

Carpet was dirty, needs to be changed. paper under the bed. Microwave did not work. Not enough towels & shampoo/soap provided for number of people (4) in reservation. Trash outside across from room is full & smelly. Some of the lamps did not work.

On 1st floor. water pressure OK Bed clean & comfortable, AC was OK
