Parking garage height so low we almost hit our roof. The guys at the front desk in casual clothes, baseball caps, T-shirts, super low energy and u could tell they hated their jobs. Room smelled. Could not open the window, had to force it open. No bath towels. Picked up the phone to call the front desk, phone didn’t work. Went downstairs to the front desk and asked for towels since we wanted to use the hot tub, no towels available. We tell them we need 2 towels so we can use the hot tub, they manage to find 2. They say they are short staffed. We go out to the hot tub and can’t go out to it bc you need a code, back to the front desk, get the code, go out and step into a cold water hot tub. We get out and go back to the desk to ask where the hot tub with hot water is. They laugh and tell us that the heater is broken. We are thoroughly disgusted at this point. After we came back from dinner there were no parking spots and we had to park on the street. Breakfast stopped promptly at 9:30 and we still needed a few items, however the staff was accommodating.

Room size was good. Location was decent. Breakfast was ok.

I didn't like my room smell like paint and the only other room was used and not clean . Was annoyed but we got a fan and some car freshenr and it helped.

some of the renovations weren’t touched up yet, lots of odds and ends that need to be addressed but nothing major. A map showing where the amenities are would be helpful, like ice, hot tub etc.

the location was easy to find and on two main streets. the parking garage is a nice positive. The whole building was freshly remodeled so everything was clean of course. Breakfast and espresso definitely added value to the trip.

The location area seems to have gone down hill since our last stay a few years ago. Although the room looked clean, when walking barefoot on the floor and then stepping into the shower we realized the bottoms of our feet had gotten filthy…yuck:(

The breakfast options were better than most continentals.

The last day I stayed there my water was turned off. Could not shower or even use the commode. I felt that I paid way to much money for this.

I liked the breakfast area and food was good. The staff was friendly and always greeting.

They lost my reservation and got overbooked and no room was available . I waited almost an hour while they scratched their head and tried to find me a room. Bathroom was awful, no hot water and door to shower. Bed was lumpy no support.

Breakfast was okay but too many people so was long line to get food in morning and place was under construction.

Parking garage was tight if the hotel was booked not enough spaces, leaking water pipe in the garage ,there wasn't staff there , trying to find the entry was impossible if it wasn't for the homeless person to direct me. One towel in the room, no phone to call down , no TV instructions, bathroom was dirty, breakfast was horrible, room size was nice, mini refrigerator didn't really work. At check out , person serving breakfast, was also handling desk and couldn't answer questions, she did her best considering she was the only staff person on all morning. It was not worth the money. Upstairs noise level kept me awake with thier kids running around until 3 am .

We didn't know the hotel was under contractions,the lock was broke on the room door the Ac didn't work so we was hot in the room stuff not mounted on the wall hole in the wall...keep use in a Hot room with no Ac at all.No one should be allowed to be in a room with no ac my kids was hot I was hot,they gave use fans that didn't help.

We booked a room with 2 queen beds and a sofa bed for 5 people. They gave us a room with only two beds and said they’d bring a rollaway bed later on and never did. And then when we called for one they said they were out.

Poor service, Didn’t provide the room we payed for. Didn’t have sofa bed as stated. Employee came into our room without knocking one evening, Room wasn’t ready by the stated time. Promised to bring in a roll-away bed never did. Definitely not worth what they are charging.

The shower head, the carpet in the old rooms. Better AC units, quieter flushing toilets, linens, pull our beds, ventilation in the lobby.

The location for the boardwalk was perfect. The manager Vanessa was as helpful as she could be. The breakfast had a good selection.

The location was great and driving distance to the boardwalk was only a few minutes. Continental breakfast was good also.
