The room cleaning set up. So you have to call to request room cleaner the day before. I called and set it up on my way out. I double checked to make sure we were set for room cleaning. And it didn’t seem like we were. I asked again to have someone combine and clean up and by the time we got back to the hotel room no one ever came. So we just requested new towels and that was that.

Location was nice. Not to far off from the freeways and right down the street from nice shopping areas and places to eat.

Dated overall property condition. Room entrances in the rear of property don't feel secure. Stayed in tower on 4th floor facing PCH and experienced a lot of traffic noise.

Friendly accommodating staff. Clean room and bathroom good towels and linens. Comfortable bed everything operational in room all lights switches etc. Courtyard and pool area nicely maintained.Convenient to shopping and restaurants.

The walls are thin. You can really hear the neighbors. Rooms are out dated and the beds have creaky springs. The TVs are too small for the rooms.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The courtyard pool area is beautiful.

It was a bit rough around the edges, scuffed paint in the room and bathroom, poor noise protection on the sliding glass window. Really weird location, sidewalk only on one side of PCH. Kinda in a weird location with shops etc quite a walk away so would not recommend for travelers w/o a car.

Fair price, comfortable bed, sufficient place to crash after attending concert next door. Decent patio with view to the pool.

It looked like someone sprayed graffiti on the carpet going into the bathroom. An effort was definitely made to clean it. The carpet in front and around the mini fridge was soaking wet. I called front desk right away to let them know we were not responsible. There was an alarm clock that had two USB charging ports. But it was not plugged in and could not be because it needed a USB port to plug into. The fridge and microwave were also unplugged. Hence the wet carpet from thawing ice. The bedside lamps did not have USB chargers. None on the walls either. All other hotels we've stayed at in the last two years have this much needed upgrade. Closed caption was not available or accessible on the TV. My hubby is hearing impaired and relies on this basic right to hear.

The location. Right next to Gaslamp Long Beach. We frequent this spot for our favorite RATM tribute band, Renegades of Rage. Close to restaurants also. The bed was comfortable and bedbug free!

Noisy people playing music and being loud until 4 in the morning. People either dropping things or falling down in the room above, I heard a lot of bangings for a couple of days during the night.

The rooms need to be updated, everything, the Electrical Outlet Devices are Old and need to be replaced. Anything that is plugged in falls out of the device, because the Devices are worn out. Also there needs to be more Electrical Outlets available. The water pressure is not good in the sink areas, the shower valves didn't work too well, they leak, and hard to adjust the temperature. The fact that the outdoor Jacuzzi tub is closed for Construction, but there is No Discounted rooms in Light of that Fact... nor is it mentioned anywhere in the booking process. The maximum Late Checkout time is 11:30, no matter what time you arrive.

I like the fact that the Hotel is Dog Friendly, and they have grassy areas for my dog to walk & play. I like the size of the rooms, the cleanliness of the rooms.
