I did not like that I could not enjoy one piece of gluten free bread with my eggs. I could not enjoy any alternative milk in my coffee. There are so many people with dietary restrictions now it DID surprise me that there were no options.

I liked that it was close to a few things including the Opry and Mall.

The water in our tub didn't drain quickly. Made the floor of the tub very slippery as we showered.

Checking in, checking out went very well. Breakfast was fantastic. Hostess Rene was so friendly, as was all of Nashville.

Breakfast was good with plenty of tables and space. Breakfast staff were friendly. The Hotel was quiet and close to attraction, such as the Grand Ole Opry. Free parking was appreciated and plentiful.

Some of the best showers I’ve used at a motel, 24 hour coffee available, good hot breakfast, well kept clean facilities. Shuttle available for downtown Nashville.

I am gluten and dairy free. Not much to choose from. No fried potatoes or hash browns. No dairy free milk. No gluten free bread items

My husband had a good selection for breakfast. The eggs were good. A lot of fruit and juice, tea. Coffee was good.

The heater kept going to AC in the room would be cold at night.

When we got to our room, there was a big sticky substance on the floor in front of the bed and the AC/heater didnt work.. My husband had a staff member come up and look at it . He fixed the unit and said he would have someone come clean the carpet ....they did, but it was 2 days later. We laid a towel on it so I didn't step in it during the middle of the night. The walls were extremely thin, we could hear the people in the next room going to the bathroom. It was constant noise the whole time we were there, which made it hard to sleep. The coffee in the room was gross, it tasted like mud. Also, all of the buses park outside the hotel, they started running their diesel engines around 5am.

Pretty clean room with the exception of what I noted in the comments below. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The location for doing the things we wanted to do was good and we were only 20 minutes away from the strip.

The check-in clerk was condescending to me because I had used a booking app instead of the hotel website to book my room. Said, "You should have....". I'm an adult, and I have probably traveled more in my life than he has! I didn't appreciate this. Then he didn't program our room keys for our entire stay, and I had to go down to the desk after a long day out and get them fixed so we could get in. The desk clerk on duty said that this guy always does that and and he even found it irritating.

The curtains left a lot to be desired. There was only the pretty transparent white curtains that covered the window. The darker curtains did not reach across the full window, so there was a very bright street light that shined in our window all night. This was my only complaint.

Very large room, was surprised at how big it was. The breakfast in the morning was also great with a host on duty. Room and shower were very clean.

Front desk person was not very friendly- he wasn't rude, just kinda cold. Facility is a bit rundown- one can see chipped paint on edge of furniture, walls and such. Breakfast area was crammed. But for the price, I can't complain.
