It cost $40 dollars extra for two little dogs who don't weigh 10 Lbs combined.

I didn't like that I was not able to use the pool or hot tub. The hours where ok but I think they need to extend their pool hours for adult swim only. Especially when there is a full house and lots of children cause adults can not enjoy the pool or hot tub with all of those kids.

The bathroom floors were not mopped there was dog pee on the wall, entry tile was also dirty and long black dog hair was on the floor, there was food on the inside door. Very disappointing we stayed days last summer and it was great. Great hotel just not good housekeeping we were in room 220 bed was very comfortable and clean.

Did not like that the slide was shut down almost our entire stay the slide was theain reason we booked super 8 but we still got to swim so that was good.

My room smelt funny and not just when I arrived but every time I walked in. Almost like clothes that had sat in the washer too long mixed with an old wood smell. The room wasn’t fully cleaned. There was some kind of clear gel in the bathroom floor upon arrival and the bathroom floor in general was not well taken care of. The beds were very hard and not to our liking.

The property has a nice pool area with a slide except that it is open from 3pm -10pm and even more restricted hours on many days from only 6 pm -10pm. The staff were also very nice and they had cookies ready for guests upon check in. That was a nice touch.

The front desk lady was rude to me and my children making accusations against them then when I tried talking with her she went crazy started yelling and threatening to kick me out of the facility, I spoke with the gm the next morning they tried to make it right by giving 25 off my stay

It’s old out date furniture was old and damage. Bathroom door was glued where it was once broken. Body hair in tub breakfast was a joke juice machine was broke had to go to lobby to get coffee. Only offer tea to drink. Not much to choose from. Has gone down hill in the years we have stayed there. Sad

The white female staff at reception desk gave us a room with very heavy paint smell. After seeing paint drops on bed sheet we told them we can’t stay in a room that just finished being painted. Although later we were moved to a different room but that explains the service and spirit there.

The water slide but turns out it’s only open for very short period of time on sat and sun so we didn’t get to use it.

Some areas are in MAJOR need of repairs! Our phone in the room didn't work, so when the room above us were still bouncing off beds and stomping on the floor close to midnight, I had to actually go down to the lobby to ask for help. The breakfast option had like 5 options, period. The vending machines didn't always work and even the staff recommended not using them. Our room had zero towels, so another walk downstairs to the lobby. The A/C would only work on low, would shut off completely if you turned it on high. The bathroom shower curtain rod was falling out of the wall, and there was hair on the walls of the shower. A lot of little things that would be easy to fix, but whomever oversees it all has just tried to patch everything (literally could tell someone had pull holes in the walls, shoddy patches were obvious), and not actually fix it. Most outlets were full from the lamps, TV, fridge, etc. So only two devices could be plugged in with USB ports on the desk lamp. Could be really nice if they just paid a little more attention to cleaning and repairs. The worst thing though was that the bed was so hard, I woke up feeling worse than having walked all day around the Jurassic Quest at the expo!

We booked this hotel for the pool and slide, the very best feature! The staff was wonderful and accommodating to anything we asked.

The pool water caused serious eye irritation in two of our kids who were up half the night with burning eyes. Also, the pool closed early. Breakfast was disappointing as there was only toast, cereal, oatmeal and some hard boiled eggs. Most of the juice was out as well. There was a barking dog across the hall that made it very difficult to sleep.

Kids loved the waterside and pool temperature was great. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Our toilet was broken. I told the front desk and they said they would send someone. It was until around noon the next day when I asked the front desk again to send someone that it was fixed.
