The drain under the kitchen sink was not in good repair and caused for water to run out all over the floor.

We went in the off season which made it cheaper and we almost had the place to ourselves. BUT almost everything was closed down. Many of the amenities you would enjoy in the summer (onsite bars, pool, places to eat) were not available. There was NO ROOM SERVICE and that seemed weird for such a nice hotel. Nothing terrible but just know it is skeleton crew and features in the off season.

The room was HUGE and super nice. It is by far the largest room I have ever had at any hotel. ..and I have stayed at a lot of hotels. You could live there. The location was great and the view of the lake from the balcony was nice! The attached restaurant was pricy but really good food and service. We went in the off season but this place looks like it would be awesome in the summer! Gated parking.

My husband has bad knees so we always request a room close to the lobby or elevator to shorten his walk. They responded right away and said they were happy to meet our room requests and room would be available on arrival. When we arrived, we had the furthest room from the lobby, and thus the longest walk! Needless to say, I was not happy and asked the person at the front desk why they assigned us that room, which was the opposite of what I requested, AND they responded that they were happy to be able to meet our request. Her response was, "I didn't do your room assignment." I understand that good help is hard to come by these days, but do your room reservationists not know your hotel layout?!?

Hotel was nice, food was good. We always enjoy having coffee in the room and the "real" coffee mugs were a nice bonus. Good location and great view!

The location was further from the main road than I would've liked, so my choices for nightlife, restaurants, etc, were limited to just the resort. I was there out of season, so it would likely be more lively when I could enjoy the pool and lake.

The view, the room, the facilities, the restaurant were all very nice and upscale.

I reserved the room on priceline.com because it was pet friendly. When we arrived at the hotel at check in they said there would be a pet fee which was unknown to me at the time of the booking. The lady at the desk was nice enough to give us a little bit of a discount on the pet fee because we had an eight week old puppy we just adopted. It was nice she gave us a discount, but it was frustrating that that wasn’t revealed at the booking. $75 a day is a very high price and without me asking she reduced it to $50 for a 3 pound puppy that we kenneled. Still an added expense I wasn’t expecting to pay. I did appreciate her discount and the room she gave us had a nice view and was close to the outside door to take our pup out to the bathroom.

What a beautiful place to stay! It was our first time in the area, so we picked a waterfront place. I'm so glad we did. Our suite was very clean, modern, and luxurious. The view was exceptional. Front desk staff was very friendly.

Cleanliness and coffees in room

Overall facilities were fine. Bathroom seemed dared and parts were moldy. Carpet was dated and not clean. For the price more attention should be paid to cleanliness
