Disappointed that the condition of the rooms is such at a Ramada. I’ve stayed at worse places much cheaper but at the price point I expected better.

The rooms were a bit ghetto for the price, the furniture was falling apart in both the rooms we stayed in 😳

The pool and the hot tub were fantastic! Warm water and big enough for many people unlike the surrounding hotels.

Internet was not good. But maybe the problem has to do with circumstances.

We stayed at this hotel for one night in the first days of 2024. We had to stay here because we were stuck on the road on the way to Las Vegas due to a big accident in a snow storm. There were a lot of people booking in this small town that night and this place was the one we found after visiting three other hotels that were either already full or didn't have Internet. We were there only 6 or 7 hours. The location for our interest was great, the room very complete with microwave, mini fridge, tea and coffee maker, and the bathroom well equipped, everything fine.

Furniture in the room was disgustingly grimy and ripped. As in many hotels, the floors were not suitable to walk on with bare feet.

Easy access to I-40. Bed was comfy. I was astounded that we could not hear any highway noise and our room faced the highway. Hot tub and pool were nice.

The fire alarm went off and it took 15 minutes to figure out how to shut it off.

The jacuzzi was inside and the area was very clean with fresh towels to use. The room was clean, the lobby seemed a little sparce, like maybe it was being painted. The breakfast at the Rodeo next door was very good.

The restaurant inside was good except that there was an image of Trump displayed in the dining area that turned most visitors off.

Staff communication. All in all it was a good stay. I would say is that we have a toilet clog issue that day and water overflow from the toilet bowl during our stay and before I left the hotel I went the front desk and inform, let them know about the issue. Only to learn and knowing that they never assist and cleared our room issue when we get back to the hotel. We got back to the hotel late night one staff in the frost desk, no maintenance staff in the facility and they let me deal with our issue and give me a plunger.

The carpets was very dirty. They should clean or replace carpets in rooms where they are spoiled beyond a point. Other thing is that you have to call for room cleaning a day before, its not automatic. This makes it little uncomfortabe for longer stays. Pool is very good but no attempt to make it clean while in heavy usage.

The room was decent sized and equipped with every thing needed (Linens, Microwave, Fridge etc.) The location of the hotel is excellent. Right next to eateries and 1 minute away from Highway, making very easy to acess. It provdies parking all round the hotel, so park nearest to your room. The pool facility was good, big pool and hot tub. kids will love that.

The room was a little tired, it had some damage which was surprising given the price. There was a chip on the loo seat and damage to the glass above the sink area. It had awful coffee and hot chocolate in the lobby and the breakfast options were quite expensive.

It was just outside the Main Street in Williams and a short walk in so great location. Reception staff were friendly and our room was large and comfortable. It was warm and had a great shower. It was clean and good enough for a single night and a travelling couple.

The bathroom in our room was dirty- like the walls were stained with I don’t know what. The heater didn’t have a thermostat and so was either too hot or nothing. The desk chair is an old fake leather chair from like an Office Depot and the fake leather is shredded. Very uncomfortable overall. This is a dog friendly place and the room had dog fur in it still and my husband and I had allergies all night. Left as soon as we could.

Conveniently located near the freeway in Williams. Free hot chocolate all day.

The bathroom was TINY! The shower was nice, but is over the bath and tiny again. Our lights also didn’t work in the morning which made for a tricky early morning wake up with phone torches!

Great parking facilities and a big room with comfy beds.
