Property was not clean, room was bad. Drain in shower did not drain properly. Bed was not comfortable. Person who checked us in did not know anything, couldn’t even tell us best place to park because he didn’t know the facility. Room card kept deactivating everytime we left. Overall poor. We travel to Syracuse often and would not go back or recommend to anyone.

Our room overlooked the lobby outside of the pool, curtains were broken and would not shut all the way so light came in all night and if anyone walked in the lobby they could see us in our room. There was a constant buzz from something overhead. Bathroom had muddy footprints on the wall. No toilet paper only a box of Kleenex.

Cleanliness of room. I originally booked at another hotel and once I arrived I was told they rerouted all their visitors to this hotel<<that was a little annoying since I have to get back in my car. The room had some things wrong with it, sink leaked, paint was peeling, tub and shower curtain were stained.

Staff and breakfast were pleasant. The main lobby of the hotel was beautiful.

Facility seems to be under more renovation than was listed in website. Bathroom seemed date. Mattresses a little too firm for me. Parking lot was very dark , and I did not feel safe.

Staff was welcoming and kind. Room and bathroom were clean. Appreciated that rooms had been redone and there was no carpet.

The property is under construction. Hallways were dirty, carpeting torn, plastic sheeting hung from windows. The deadbolt had been removed from the door to my room and I had to improvise a wedge below the doorknob in order to feel like it was safe to sleep at night.

The staff did a reasonably good job under the circumstances - no guest was happy to be there when I was checking in.

Room was suppose to be two queen bed but elders fulls instead. Bathroom was dated poor workmanship door stuck renovation done in bathroom looked to be done by staff and not a true workmanship

The hotel is under renovations. The room itself was very clean but the hallways were disgusting. The bed springs were so broken that we had no choice but to sleep in the middle because you would just roll in. We were also charged more than what we were supposed to be.

I arrived with family at 11 PM. They put me in the room with no microwave not working fridge not working phone water on the floor. and dusty all over. Next next morning, they switched me to a different room, which smelled marijuana 10/10. Disgusting. The manager of this property incapable . He better leave the position for someone who deserves it

I booked this on booking buddy. It said the hotel was pet friendly which was great; however, no where did it say that there was a $25 charge per pet so I was quite shocked that I needed to pay $50 extra for my pets.

Bed was comfortable. The hotel itself looked very sketchy being under construction and having to go to the back of the building.

The hotel room and the hotel itself was filthy - inside and out. Nothing in the room worked. We were told it was under construction, but no sign of renovations. It was just majorly neglected, falling apart, eery, dirty, and had a very creepy vibe. The online presentation (pics, description, etc) were extremely deceptive. I can’t even describe how disappointed and scammed we felt - as did 2 other guests who we spoke with briefly. The place is literally a dump site.

The one staff person we interacted with was efficient and courteous.

Despite listing WiFi and microwave oven as features, neither one existed. The promised coffee maker was there, but of no use since no glasses or cups, not even paper or plastic, were provided anywhere. The clerk told us that the only restaurant nearby was the Dosa Grill (owned by a friend or hers?); this was a lie since there were several restaurants within walking distance. The pool and fitness room were shut down. I was informed of this by email about one hour after I made my non-refundable payment.
