Pool and work out room was not available didn't know until after I booked room

Cleanliness of room. I originally booked at another hotel and once I arrived I was told they rerouted all their visitors to this hotel<<that was a little annoying since I have to get back in my car. The room had some things wrong with it, sink leaked, paint was peeling, tub and shower curtain were stained.

Staff and breakfast were pleasant. The main lobby of the hotel was beautiful.

Facility seems to be under more renovation than was listed in website. Bathroom seemed date. Mattresses a little too firm for me. Parking lot was very dark , and I did not feel safe.

Staff was welcoming and kind. Room and bathroom were clean. Appreciated that rooms had been redone and there was no carpet.

The property is under construction. Hallways were dirty, carpeting torn, plastic sheeting hung from windows. The deadbolt had been removed from the door to my room and I had to improvise a wedge below the doorknob in order to feel like it was safe to sleep at night.

The staff did a reasonably good job under the circumstances - no guest was happy to be there when I was checking in.

Room was suppose to be two queen bed but elders fulls instead. Bathroom was dated poor workmanship door stuck renovation done in bathroom looked to be done by staff and not a true workmanship

Location was the best part of this property. I know it’s under renovation but the ones I was were lacking in quality. Not sure I will return

The hotel is under renovations. The room itself was very clean but the hallways were disgusting. The bed springs were so broken that we had no choice but to sleep in the middle because you would just roll in. We were also charged more than what we were supposed to be.

I booked this on booking buddy. It said the hotel was pet friendly which was great; however, no where did it say that there was a $25 charge per pet so I was quite shocked that I needed to pay $50 extra for my pets.

Bed was comfortable. The hotel itself looked very sketchy being under construction and having to go to the back of the building.

The pool was not running or was in use. No wifi. They said it was out. It was dirty. Garbage all over the property. Breakfast sucked.

The TV barely worked, most channels wouldn't come in. The breakfast left much to be desired. There seemed to be very little staff on hand at any time.

Your hotel is a catfish. It looks nothing like it does online. While it was an okay place to stay, you should change pictures online so future customers do not expect more than what it is. Not well kept up or clean.

Well when we Googled places with a pool this hotel came up, well there isn't a pool. So sorta false advertised . Then we get there and are told that we can't have a key card or any key for our room because the keycard machine isn't working that left us already not feeling comfortable . Then we get brought to our room to find out it hasn't been cleaned , the next room that is opened isn't cleaned as well , then the next room as well . The last room we get brought looked clean at least the beds sorta made , then we take a look into the bathroom and find urine in the toilet . That was our strike two . Finally I get the kids ready to go to the pool run down to the front desk because we can't get in it to be told there is no pool ..AFTER I HAD ALREADY PAID FOR THE ROOM. So after 3 strikes we had enough and realized this hotel isn't ready for people yet and the management needs to go online update and in the building and actually clean it for the public use. Usually we wouldn't be as harsh but we stay at many hotels over are travels and this was by far the most tough time we have seen. Hopefully the quality inn will look into this and update!

I mean we loved it when it was the Ramada , but since the new ownership we don't think we'll come back

Property was not clean, room was bad. Drain in shower did not drain properly. Bed was not comfortable. Person who checked us in did not know anything, couldn’t even tell us best place to park because he didn’t know the facility. Room card kept deactivating everytime we left. Overall poor. We travel to Syracuse often and would not go back or recommend to anyone.

Had a problem with the curtain to block out the outside light.

Room was very recently renovated. Very nice and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Our room overlooked the lobby outside of the pool, curtains were broken and would not shut all the way so light came in all night and if anyone walked in the lobby they could see us in our room. There was a constant buzz from something overhead. Bathroom had muddy footprints on the wall. No toilet paper only a box of Kleenex.

The facility was under renovations according to the website but when I arrived there were two cars at the front door. There was trash strewn along the front side of the sidewalks, curtains in most front facing rooms were all pulled back or tied up. This was not the quality I am used to from this chain. I felt very uncomfortable and unsafe and chose not to stay. I called the property and got no response. I messaged the property and got no response. I tried to reach the property through Booking.com and have had no response. Then.. this morning instead of the fee for the room. They took an extra 100! That is not right!
