The room smelled a bit like cigarette smoke.

We liked our room and the location of this hotel. The woman working at the bar downstairs was so friendly and welcoming. :) Would stay here again!

Shower was a bit too low for a.tall person to wash my hair.

The coffee and tea corner in the lobby, the free 🍎 and 🍿 were fun. My room was spacious and the bed big, even for a solo traveller. I had a desk, a sofa, a fridge and a spacious closet to myself.

Fantastic location right in Union Square. The staff was very friendly & helpful. The hotel itself has character & charm with very comfortable beds & pillows. Very clean. Tasty cookies & coffee on offer. We really enjoyed our stay there.

Apart from a few, the staff wasn't that kind, they seemed to be bothered by our questions and requests.

The position was great, especially because the surrounding area looked pretty safe; very close to Union Square. The bedroom, even if it was quite small, was nice with a comfortable bed and soft pillows

The hotel is very centrally located, which make it easily accessible to several option of means of transport! The room was spacious and clean. The personnel was very friendly. At the lobby was a surprise, since they offer for free coffee, tea, water, fruits and biscuits all day long!!! Alao during evenings, they offer popcorn! They also have a baggage storage after your check out, which is also very convenient if your flight is later in the day!

Superb location along Powell Street. Easy access to transport and food. Convenience store next door. Clean room with big walk-in wardrobe. Room well stock with amenities. Beverages, cookies and fruits at lobby all day

It would be great having the chance to open a window for fresh air in the room, especially for a longer stay . But there is a fan in each room , so it isn’t such a big problem.

Great place, we stayed there two times. We loved the service with the free coffee , tea , water , cookies and apples. Furthermore, it is very well located .

We had noisy neighbours one night but this is no way a reflection on the hotel.

This hotel well exceeds the 3 star its has, It should be rated at least a four star. So nice to be in a hotel thats not run of the mill. Exceptional in every sense.

Nice stuff, small but very cute and clean room. No breakfast were available, but we did like complimentary coffee, cookies and perfect water station. Hotel is right in the centre, perfect for exploring city.

Room a little small (not much space for luggage open) but there was a little cloak room to store them in.

Perfect location, right next to Union Square and close to different public transport stops. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Staff were nice, and I appreciated the free cookies/popcorn/water/coffee in the lobby

It's an older hotel whose charm means that certain modern comforts are absent; the windows and walls are quite thin - the traffic outside as well as a crying baby in a nearby room awoke us more than once, but hotel does pre-equip the rooms with packets of disposable earplugs. We didn't need it during our stay, but there does not seem to be any air-conditioning.

Free cookies and iced lemon water at reception! The hotel itself is very well located, with valet parking very nearby (for an extra fee), and not far from many touristy locations. Very clean and comfortable hotel, very nicely decorated. Staff were generally great and accommodating.

Nice hotel right next to Union Square. The staff is very friendly and helpful, there is a corner in the hall with fresh water, tea, coffee, cookies and apples. The rooms are clean and comfortable. There is not A/C but at this point of the year it didn’t matter. Go there !

We loved everything, they provided a extra fan in the room, had coffee and popcorn, fruit in the lobby and flavored water, it is close to walgreens, and Macy's, Neiman Marcus and the cable cars were right out front.

We absolutely loved our stay here from the moment we checked in, the staff were lovely and we were lucky to be on the top floor in a queen suite for our anniversary and his birthday, the room was spotless clean, the bed was so comfortable and the rubber ducks for the bath were the perfect touch. It was quiet and to make it even better Alisha in the lobby bar was so nice, we were impressed how nice the hotel room and the staff were, next door is the sears restaraunt, and Lori's 50's diner on the corner was fun for lunch, the street felt self and very clean, and we can't wait to return, it made our special occasion perfect... Thank you.
