We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

CanadaThe gated entry system was very hard to use. Although the hotel was generally accessible, there were some specific things that could have been improved (e.g., door assists on washrooms and the doors to the accessible rooms) to make things easier for those with disabilities.
The excellent location which was close to the airport, a major outlet mall, and to my relatives. Although there wasn't a full restaurant, there was a small area with tables adjacent to the bar with a limited menu that served food and drinks in the evening. The staff was very friendly.

United States of AmericaParking situation. I wasn’t sure about the coat or payment of it. A sign at the front desk said overnight parking was $37 which seemed like A LOT of money to pay for parking. I’m not sure if it was charged to me or not, since I haven’t gotten a statement yet
Beautiful rooms and location. Very clean and worth the money I paid for it. The front desk attendant, Madona, was very accommodating for my needs and requests. She did a wonderful job with helping to make out stay an enjoyable one.

United States of AmericaA free shuttle to the convention center and back every so often would have been nice. The wind at night would cut you in two sometimes. High prices at the bar.
Really liked how clean the room was, and how quickly the housekeeping staff worked and how accommodating the staff were. Even though the hotel is on an approach vector for the airport unless you had a window open the planes sounded just like a strong gust of wind. Also, the fact that there was almost always an elevator on the ground floor and if it wasn't, it was a very short wait for one.
