Room paint had cracks, TV had no cable, a lot of hair was left in the bathroom from either housekeeping or previous guest. Parking got taken up on Saturday night by other cars not staying on property, had to park elsewhere. Music from bar next door bleeds through walls.

Less than 5 minute walk to Freemont St. Parking was free.

Beds seems dusty and the room but it makes up for the space and location, they also gave us late checkout which is so nice of them… would stay again for a short stop

Front door need maintenance, bathtub not working it was clug up, floors need to be properly swept and mopped.

Cleanliness of the room was BAD.. The floors covered in dust, soot and grime. Having to air out the room due to cigarette smoke, in a non-smoking room, again was BAD. The bathroom was adequate. Sink, toilet and bathtub functioned, but the walls were stained or had some kind of leak apparent. Distressing is what appears to be a leak from an electrical outlet. In the vanity area, the lamp had no bulb, which was very inconvenient.

The location to where we needed to be was perfect.. We liked that.. The staff was very helpful, both on the phone and as we arrived.

The mgr or possibly owner did not want me to have my service dog there, but knew he couldn't deny me either. Told us the next day they were not going to let us stay the next day but we got another day from the front office. He then said no one can come visit us. Which is ridiculous, we were here to visit family and we were not loud or doing anything wrong. It was like I was being reprimanded by my father and he grounded us. I wouldn't stay here again unless it was the only place left in the world!!

The price was low compared to alit of other hotels /motels in vegas,.

Hand towels worn to a shred. Shower didn't work (albeit I was offered another room on Fri 5/May, but noise levels were higher so rejected). Staff gave some story about pulling out stopper then twisting, to release shower flow but when I asked night before, this wasn't known (!) and it was a 'first' on my US trip (ie other locations I'd stayed had knob twist only to release water). Instructions on a wall? Also the shower curtain fixture fell down on me (wasn't fixed to the wall) which was also interesting. Sink/Handbasin worked fine in bathroom.

Parking was cramped. Took a while to figure out how to run the heater. Club across the street was noisy until 2 am

.. but not a good hotel to stay in .. it’s dirty smells nasty like cigarettes and one of the staff asked us to give him $10 like really you work there why would you ask us for money we already paying our stay here . beds still had other people’s hair I did not like this hotel at all .. club is next to hotel and it’s extremely loud . .. room looks creepy and bathroom kept flushing on its own . I don’t recommend at all

For the price of the room! Door Dead bolt Locks were broken- stains on the towels, had a cigarette odor but was labeled a non-smoking room

That the water temperature in the shower would get increasingly hot, and not stay regulated

The office staff was new and had only been there for 2 days, and were very helpful with getting everything taken care of, and the room situated for us. She informed us that the motel is Under New Management, and was helpful in expressing checking the room first before getting charged. They had had prior cancellations, due to the fact that the motel needs some renovation.
