Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Resturant isn't really a restaurant. Order food and they will make it for you, but the dining tables are the same as the hotel uses for breakfast.
Shuttle service was excellent. Jr. took very good care of us. All other services were very adequate as expected.

The room could've been just a tiny bit cleaner. Upon arrival, I found a hair on the bed that I quickly threw away. Everything else was okay.
Room was as described and good for a one-night stay. Comfy bed and pillows and a good sized bathroom too. The free shuttle from the airport to the hotel was good and easy to find, but the hotel itself is also within walking distance from the airport. Staff was helpful and friendly.

I stayed on 31st January, Bed was too noisy and people in other were too loud. We could hear flush noise in our room. In second stay on 5th March, we had no microwave and fridge in room.
Staff's customer service and kind behave.

Clean and close your the airport. The shuttle runs every 10-15 minutes.

Wifi was terrible.
Location to airport and train for downtown. Hotel had a shuttle service which was very nice. And they are close to a Denny’s.

All went well. This was about the closest hotel to Doug Fox Parking where we leave our car when we fly out of SeaTac. I could easily walk to drop off the car.

There rooms are pretty standard, a bit old but clean and serve the purpose. There is no breakfast included but there's a small restaurant at the lobby where breakfast is available for purchase.
This is a good option for an overnight stay after/before flight. The hotel is conveniently located very close to the airport and there is a complimentary shuttle service. The hotel answered questions promptly and gave good instructions on how to find the shuttle service. The hotel was quiet and the receptionist was very friendly.

Low toilet. Complimentary breakfast would be great even if rooms were a bit more expensive.
Price. Close to airport. Free Shuttle. Are on property the evening we arrived. Food was good. Bed was comfortable. Large refrigerator.

The room was not that clean the floor neat one of the beds smelled horrible like spilled milk that never got cleaned up and the shower curtain was nasty

Water pressure is quite low. AC doesn’t work properly. Towels are rough.

The room was really furnished for one person ie one chair, one armchair. Our room at the rear on floor 1 was in a half basement so it didn't get much natural light, which on the plus side kept it cool. The carpets in the corridors seemed a bit grimy and always had bits on them. The pool surrounds were very bare and functional and it was a bit cool. There were bits in the pool that no-one fished out in 4 days. The servicing was a bit haphazard. Coffee was never replenished. There is a small restaurant but breakfast is not included.
Really handy for the light rail into Seattle, and also easy walk into the airport/catch the rental car shuttle bus. There are also a surprising number of places to eat in the area. The room was a reasonable size with a comfortable bed, a fridge and microwave. There was a handy guest laundry and a decent size swimming pool. Parking was free. The room was serviced daily which seems rare nowadays. Staff were friendly.
