Everything was great.

Reception was very gracious, responsive and helpful. They let us leave our bags before checkin and texted when room was ready. The room was a super cute, quiet little hideaway a bit off the beaten track with a lovely nook with a pool (we were the only ones in it when we swam). Room was clean and comfortable and very cool with a window unit AC. The bed was superior in comfort to the other (more expensive) hotel we'd stayed in previously. It had a mini kitchen. There were some shabby chic touches, but wow for what we were paying vs. other places what a lovely little place. It felt private and well cared for. We'd stay there again.

The room didn't get cleaned every day, so it would have been nice to have a broom and dustpan available to clean the floors so we didn't have to go to bed with gravel on our feet.

There was parking the car, we didn't have to park on the street. Walking distance from all the attractions we wanted to see.

Needs a good deep clean. I even had a dirty, used sponge for cleaning the 3 dishes we had. Needs more plates and glasses for sure. A lot of people coming and going so a little noisy and not private if sitting on porch.

I’m in the hospitality industry as a General Manager so I do have high expectations but the condo was pretty good. I had my mother with me for my brothers wedding and it was further away that I thought because I was only shown the check in office which is about a mile from where the condo is so we had to uber a lot! The space was good for two people.

The property grounds, such as deck, pool area, and general walkways need some updating and cleaning. While nothing was an issue, the property needs some updating and cleaning.

The room was on the smaller side but clean and the bed was comfortable. The kitchenette and fridge/freezer was a nice addition too. Bathroom was small but everything worked well.

Small + relatively basic - but, who cares? It's literally somewhere to sleep, park the car and cool off in the pool after using it as a base for exploring Key West.

Small + relatively basic. But the location was spot-on and centrally located - easy walking reach of the southern beaches, the old town and marina boardwalk, sunsets/mojitos @ Mallory Square and attractions like the Hemingway house. The pool and dedicated onsite parking were really handy, too. Would def recommend Mallory Square sunset + eating seafood on the boardwalk - saw tarpon and manatee in the marina! Avoid the easier beach at the southern end of Duvall Street and go for the Clarance S. Higgs Memorial Beach instead.

The fridge did not keep cold. Bed sheets are not comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was very low.

I loved how dog friendly the property was! I also loved the pool area, we spent everyday outside by the pool. The location was perfect for a quiet and relaxing vacay!

It is a little challenging to get parked, pull out , etc on Duval St at that time of day when picking up the keys.

The room did not lock from the outside, only the inside door handle locked. It seemed that the door had been broken open before, and it would have been very easy to since you couldn’t lock the deadbolt. The sheets for our king sized bed did not stay on at all. We had to put them back on every morning. There were small ants in the bathroom our entire 6 nights.

The staff was nice. It was far enough from Duval to not be bothered 24/7 but a short bike ride away from most everything.

Room furnishings and surfaces were not in the best shape. Cracked floor tiles, old dated soiled upholstered chairs, toilet that ran. Maid service was very late in the day both days and first day only offered new towels and did nothing else.

Very convenient location. Loved pool and outdoor spaces. Liked having private balcony and kitchenette.

I didn't realize the doors lock behind us even though it's an actual key entry, so we were locked out right after we entered the room - completely my fault but something to be aware of! The bed was also hard. We had an upstairs room (403) and while it was lovely, there was constant noise in the unit below us. It sounded like they were moving furniture around or maybe it was a barn door opening and closing, but it was very annoying and it scared my dog because he thought it was thunder.

Pat at the front desk was very friendly and knowledgeable. The location of Colors on White was within walking distance of Duval Street, although next time I would rent a bike or golf cart. We appreciated having a pool although we didn't use it.

We put the sign on the door for maid service halfway through our trip and no one came. We simply found the maid on duty to get the towels we needed.

Cozy little cottages with a large sun deck & private pool! Parking onsite was a huge help!

I felt photos were deceiving. Absolutley no curb appeal!!! The apartment I rented was on the ground floor opening onto a gravel parking lot next to a dance studio. The front of the building opened up to other businesses. The front door had a gap on the bottom lizards could crawl under. It was very clean. First day room service was great!! The second day room service consisted of trash emptied and extra towels in a bag beside the door. Beds weren't even made. Bed mattresses left a lot to be desired! No room darkening drapes over the blinds made it very light, hard to sleep. It took 4 minutes to get hot water in the shower first thing in the morning. I was told I would be called if the room became available before 4:00 since we arrived at 10:30 am. I wasn't called and in fact desk clerk said room wasn't rented the night before. A phone call would have saved us alot of hassel and time to enjoy our holiday.

The place was adequate for our trip and affordable than many places in Key West. The main part of Key West can be reached by 10mins bike, easy to find. There is parking onsite.
