Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

They need to update this location badly. They need to pull the rug up and replace it . There was a pink stain on the rug in our room. The air conditioner needs to be replaced. It makes noise on and off and it is very outdated.
My daughter and I stayed for the weekend because it was 5 mins from the Gaylord Convention , where we had to go for my daughter’s cheer competition. The staff were very nice and accommodating. The sheets were clean and the bed was comfortable. It was quiet .

The Lobby area had a weird smell as well as the elevator. I saw ants crawling in the bed.

The outside could use some updating
Very clean. Friendly staff, very close to highway and main attractions like MGM casino and the Gaylord hotel.

Shuttle Van missing, Side Entry Doors inaccessible even with room key after a certain time. Drawer Space too minimal. Closet too small and located in a bad place. Need streaming access, channels sucked. First impression (check-in) could be friendlier. Each room should have a welcome book with recommended restaurants, local grocers, etc. Elevator too slow. Didn't even try to exceed expectations.
Breakfast was OK. Many outlets in room. Ability to check-in late. Front desk a little friendlier as days went by.

My biggest complaint was the smell. My room had to be aired out every day as it smelled of cigarettes and weed smoke. Breakfast was just barely palatable every day, definitly hit up on aldi up the steet for some morning food after day 2 of my stay.
The hotel staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful with anything I needed. The location was great in terms of getting food and getting to my actual destination on a daily basis. Room was clean upon arrival. Lighting on the vanity was great for getting ready

Had no breakfast because had to be at the surgery center at 6:00. Breakfast was not available until 6:30. My husband couldn’t eat but I could. I realize most people traveling aren’t somewhere by 6:00 am.

The refrigator sang all night with 5min intervals
I only had a yogurt but the set up and food items was very nice at this location. The tables and food removal was constantly being cleaned because there are guests who are untidy und leave their mess on the tables.

Check in/Check out service was slow at the counter. The elevator runs slow. Some guests were noisy on the hallway past mid-night.
The location was easy to find. Compared with the typical price for hotels in downtown, DC, the price was very reasonable, and the tax is only 6% in MD. Free Parking and free breakfast were helpful as well.

The flow of water in the shower head is not good enough to take a shower easily. Continental breakfast may be better than that of now and has more different type of snacks.
The location is so close to National Harbour Convention Center that it just takes less than 7-8 minutes by car. Tanger outlet is close there as well. The parking is sufficent to find a place in any time you arrive at the hotel and free as well. Wi-fi connection is free of problems in rooms.

the alarm is a near by room started going off at 3 am and kept beeping . maybe from previous ppl. but didn't get good rest after that woke me and kept on .. I only could drown out with ac on so once it cooled up and cut off it was beep beep ..
