What I didn't like about it is every time I go I've had to clean the jacuzzi myself and the bathroom there's is always things left behind from the people before me and also the housekeeping staff are very unprofessional and rude.. partially my fault I did oversleep to check out time but when he came in and saw we were still there and I was naked he did not leave the room to allow me to dress he was screaming in a different language about still being there and cleaning at the same time while I was trying to dress myself to get out of there

I love the room itself I get the jacuzzi suite each time I go. I like the front staff they are polite and nice & very helpful..

Very run down, door did not lock in first room, changed rooms. Second room, tv remote not working, telephone not working, cracked furniture, old mattresses.

Had double bath set for towels except with 1 wash cloth. No bathroom exhaust vent, not working. Holes in bed sheets, 2 Pillows undersized, with oversized cases. No single serving coffee maker. Photo of facility on Booking.com has to be PHOTO-SHOPPED.

The refrigerator freezer was frozen when I got there. They took it away and said it would be replaced in a half hour. I got it back the next day at noon because the morning desk person made me wait longer. I lost food. There was a group of teenagers staying who were out of control and nothing could stop them. There were weird smells, it was dirty, the pool was closed, it's not pet friendly because there's no place to let your pup walk, they charge a $100 deposit at the desk upon check in for "incidentals", the curtains didn't close together, and they don't have all the tv channels listed on the guide.

The room was bigger than I expected. The housekeepers were friendly and helpful.

The room and bathroom was not clean, the shower was not working properly and I didn't really feel safe as a solo traveller. I also paid for an american breakfast when booked, but they didn't have any kind of breakfast to offer.

The loaction was quite close to the airport, easy to go there even by city bus.

I didn't like the disgusting smell at the check in lobby. I don't know how the people who work in there can inhale that horrible smell all day long. This hotel is in need of some serious renovation. Tearing it down to make a completely new one would be much better. I did my research before booking this hotel and it was one of a few within my budget for the two days I needed somewhere to stay and I took my chances despite the scary reviews. Next time, I will make the sacrifice for a better hotel.

There was nothing I liked about anything. Though I can see there was effort in cleaning the room because it looked passable to me. The first room I had, the toilet wasn't flushing properly and was ready to flood the bathroom so I told the front desk and got another room pretty quickly after he check it.

The room was not very clean (especially the rug), the towel rack in the bathroom was broken off and had not been replaced, there was a drawer that had no front on it, the lights built into the headboard were nonfunctional, the refrigerator had frozen into a ball of ice inside, etc…. You get the idea…

The entrance and elevator had weird bad smell, the carpet , couch had major stains, , shower curtain dirty and the continental breakfast mentioned in the site is just coffee tea juice and mini bars.

There was a used condom ontop of the TV notified staff and they failed to clean it up or deduct that. Someone stole the remote for the TV prior to me getting in the room, pool is shut down, people propping doors.

My room smelled of cigarettes, carperting and furniture were worn out and needed deep clean. Linen and towels were clean Facility is at end of its life cycle, entryway and common areas were poorly lit, surfaces were dirty, reeking of cigarette smoke. Saw ants in room and bathroom I would not have stayed if I had been traveling with my wife.

place was incredibly dirty. there was no soap in the bathroom, if you’re too lazy to change out the soap what else wasn’t done? there were chip crumbs in a bedside drawer, the fridge was dirty, blood on the ripped curtains, everything was stained…. absolutely disgusting. we would have left and stayed elsewhere if we weren’t hauling around a newborn.

Elevator was dirty, the room had a funky smell, there was no fleece blanket (we froze), no body lotion available, the shower gel was empty and when asked for it they didn't have. They stated breakfast available and only coffee from a machine that tasted like water was in lobby area. Someone was throwing up in front of their room in the hallway 3 doors from us, it looks as if is shared with homeless population
