You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

First day I got the room the rug it wax broken and the door that covers the fridge was broken too since 1 day and never gave me back my $200 deposit counter service was awful they need new people

There is a smell to the entire Hotel like mold and mildew it does not smell good at all the trash is never picked up outside cigarette butts everywhere

Desk staff stayed in office and made guests wait to check in. Our room has no remote, no coffee cups and phone did not work. Had to go to desk for remote. Remodeling caused us to have to walk to 2nd floor across the entire hotel to go back to the first floor.
Breakfast was OK, but minimal.

Room was a little dated in decor. Not much selection for breakfast.
Large room with a large king sized bed. Close to leisure and shops area. Large car park. Breakfast area was adequate, laid out like a canteen.

breakfast was pretty lame. machine coffee cold cereal and yogurt. nothing hot or fresh. why bother. room appeared clean until you looked closely. opened a drawer and found a McDonald’s bag with old greasy food in it. pulled out tray by safe and found trash and food. guy at front desk didn’t seem awake no greeting

Staff weren't very friendly, checking in the woman didn't ask how she could help me. Then staff was missing behind the desk when I was trying to check out. When a man finally showed up and I expressed I wanted to check out, he just held his hand out. Instead of asking for my key. He started saying hello and talking to whoever was in the breakfast area. So rude, not giving me full attention and being friendly to someone right in front of me.. but not me. I deserve to be spoken to in full sentences. I'm a guest just like others. And how on earth don't you have an elevator?! And your hallway carpets could use an update so your guests don't think they're staying in the shining.

The Breakfast was barely passable. No matter the A/C setting the room felt damp, Housekeeping did not give us new bath towels or bathmat. The manager did supply them promptly when asked. the TV would turn off when we pushed power but would turn back on after a few minutes. we eventually unplug it so as not to be disturbed at night. The hallways and breakfast area were not airconditioned, and it was a hot muggy set of days. There was confusion upon check-in. We paid for superior 2 double beds room, but Manager said that Bookings.com sent them a request for a single queen bed room. After some discussion, and after us showing the booking.com confirmation for the superior 2 queen beds (which did not match the paperwork sent the manager from Bookings.com) the manager accommodated us with the correct booking. He was going to call Bookings.com to straighten it out, but it did not affect us, as it was a dispute between the hotel and Bookings.com
The room was newly renovated. The bed was very comfortable. there was a nice refrigerator/freezer in the room that worked perfectly.

A few glitches with the room. We reported these to the front desk. Minor inconveniences. We only stayed one night, so it was okay. I think if we had had to stay longer (2+ nights) it would have been more problematic.
Easy access for driving into New Bedford. Staff was pleasant and as helpful as they could be.
