It’s very dated, especially the rooms. It needs a serious upgrade, my room had numerous issues and looked very tired and dated. It needs new everything, falling apart. The bathroom is functional, but the shower didn’t work properly so the water was lukewarm at best. Didn’t worry me too much, but others wouldn’t be happy. Limited tv channels and volume couldn’t be adjusted.

Convenient to the airport, nice breakfast and lobby area was tidy. Bed was super comfy and the rooms are a generous size. Super close to the best Mexican food I have ever eaten!

Rooms were in need of a lot of repairs. Top level of the hotel was under renovations so hopefully the hotel will renovate the main level rooms afterwards.

Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Hotel was clean and rooms were clean. Our shower in the room was not working and the staff allowed us access to another room to shower since it was a hassle to switch rooms.

The breakfast in a bag because of the lobby construction was terrible. As a vegetarian, I had to remove a meat-like patty which was inside the breakfast sandwich. The artificial drink was terrible too. Very sad as we were really looking forward to an American breakfast experience while overnighting in the USA.

Nice clean firm beds. We did not appreciate the front desk using our credit card for a $100 security on the room at check-in. Rather than check the room at check-out and release the funds, we were to "trust" the motel staff and have our funds released some days later. Place that in your hotel room booking description, no one likes this kind of shady surprise at check-in.

the room had a odor to it that smacks you in face as soon as you walk into room. the rugs are very out dated, tv channels didn't work, and the toilet ran water all day and night.

bed was comfortable, the breakfast was good, not much noise at night so got good rest.

The breakfast. The eggs were awful. There was no real creamer for coffee.. it was that dry powder stuff. Coffee was not fresh and not really hot.The oatmeal was good. We could here the people in the next room talking . The pool was closed.

Place is under construction without much construction seeming to be going on...could definitely use an update.

Near the airport and quick Uber pickups. Friendly staff. Quickly helped me after our flight was canceled at 2:00 AM with an elderly mother-in-law needing a place to sleep.

the bathroom. the bathroom was filling up while taking a shower and I didn’t feel comfortable giving my toddler a bath in the tub because it looked like it was peeling.

the great parts was that the room was spacious, the breakfast was great, and having wifi.

I called the hotel from the airport and asked to be picked up by the complementary shuttle. The receptionist forgot to pass on my request. I waited for more than an hour.

The bed was very comfortable, the room was nice.

When it was check in time there was a lot of confusion between Comfort Inn and Coutry Inn and the manager was helping the clerk with much information so I had to wait an extra 30mins until she finally got him to realize what was going on and for him to give her the proper information. Only had 2 handicap spots available for parking and no security available. Plus the cleaning lady came and took my dirty towels but forgot to bring me fresh ones so that was disappointing.

It has been closed for the past two months! They send you to the Country Inn, which is next door. I don't think is fair to accept bookings when you're gonna place people in another hotel they never have seen! It feels like a scam.
