Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content

- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Password protected wifi would have been a bonus as I could not carry out online transactions without using my data plan.
Fantastic staff and super clean premises with and sanitiser for everyone. The rooms are spacious, modern and super clean. The shower and coffee were a good way to start the day, and the central location made everything easy, whether you are coming from the airport, going out for meetings, or shopping. I will be going back to this hotel again.

the room was clean and corfortable but there was not a lot of service in the halls. The room in from of me left a tray with garbage and food leftovers next to their door and it stayed there for 3 days before someone picked it up… it smelled terrible in the hallway.

I WAS TRYING NOT TO SAY ANYTHING, BUT THEIR WAS TRASH IN THE HALLWAYS ALL NIGHT. YOU ALL COULD HAVEHAD THE STAFF CHECK ALL FLOORS AT NIGHT TO ASSURE THE HALL WAYS WAS CLEAN.

Our room was clean but the carpet had stains EVERYWHERE. There was also a huge problem with the hotel attempting to charge me for the entire stay prior to check in! I got a strange email 2 hours prior to check in, to call the front desk and provide payment information. I was not Ok with this, and ended up calling corporate to correct the issue, because why is this even a "policy" ? Corporate was very accommodating, and maintained my booking. I would really only stay here again due to price. This whole ordeal made me annoyed with the hotel .
The location was central and convenient. There was Starbucks offered in the hotel which was pleasant. The hotel itself was very quiet.

The parking lot is a tight fit for larger vehicles. We also found a pair of earbuds in our room, and some pink mold in our shower. Cleaning staff needs to pay attention a little better.
The location was great. The employees went above and beyond to be helpful and check in was extremely quick and easy.

The rooms need to be updated a lot of broken doors in our room the bathroom in our room was not at its best it need to be clean more I feel like it was rush clean our lien on or beds had hair and stains there is so much potential and small things that can be fix

Didn’t get the room that I wanted disappointed was told that I was going to get a room on the top floor got a room on the bottom no balcony a patio instead wouldn’t recommend

Door would not lock since it was broken. Staff was notified, but it was never fixed nor were we offered another room.

Very friendly staff, clean and comfortable, best thing was that it's not that far from the Chase staduim especially if you're there to watch a football(soccer) game for Inter Miami.

We found a bag in one of the beds, we were told they would refund parking as a result, but as yet no refund. I have also found two other payments taken from my credit card since I left. I have no idea what these are for and was never informed of any payments coming off (one is not a small amount). I've contacted booking.com and haven't had a reply from them yet either. Parking is expensive also and should be free if you're staying at the hotel.
Room was nice, facilities were good with a pool and small gym (although we didn't use either). We also didn't use the cafe/bar. Easy to get around Fort Lauderdale from the location. I think it's probably better suited to business than families.

I was very impressed by the friendliness of the staff and that they allowed us to not only check in early after our cruise but check out late as our flight wasn't until 5pm. They went above and beyond in my opinion. 😊

Had to wait 10 minutes before someone came to the counter to check us in, he didn't even apologize. He wasn't customer friendly, wifi didn't work for the duration of my stay,didn't like the location. The cost to stay was already expensive and there's an extra fee of 15+tax for parking per night, also stuff in the room werent complimentary...such as water,coffee etc
