The walls were paper thin, and our neighbors were LOUD. The beds were also rock hard, and I have back pain already, so it was hard to sleep. The bathroom was super small and we basically were playing Jenga with the door to get out of it.

I loved the location, and the staff was fantastic.

Expensive. Hard to get to--traffic backs up. Also, you practically have to get valet parking. Otherwise, you have to park in an open sketchy lot 2 blocks away. No free breakfast

That you have to pay for house keeping for each night you are there and my ceiling lookrd bad in the restroom if you are charging that much you should make the rooms are great room 621.

I the gym in the pool i asked for a disabled room but it was big so my mom was able to move around .

There was a used wash cloth hanging on the shower rod when we arrived. Yuck:( The bar had limited choices for alcohol. A housekeeper woke us up two mornings in a row- first day was to ask if we needed anything, second day was to see if we had checked out already. My mom and I could have definitely done without that.

Room was smaller than I thought it was going to be. (Corner room). Originally booked a corner room king, but ended up with a queen bed instead- not sure how that happened.

It was convenient to the MetroRail, which made it easy to get around. Breakfast was ok- very healthy choices, but limited. Was supposed to be included in the cost of the room, but ended up being charged for it. Valet parking was nice, but felt it should have been cheaper, especially when we didn't even take the car back out until we were leaving.

The pull out sofa bed was either a twin or full. We were expecting it to be a bit bigger. However, it was comfortable.

The valet line was long at check in. The room was very small. Very pricey.

The location is amazing! Walking distance from several bars and restaurants. The beds were really comfortable. They have a mini convenience store which was helpful.

The overhead light in the bathroom was blown out but it was fine. I let front desk know and and they offered to fix while we were there but that wasn't necessary. The stopper in the tub was loose and came off but I fixed on my own and tightened it. These aren't things that were real bad. It would be nice to see the bathrooms updated to newer type showers with glass doors, a more modern look other than that nothing else bad I can say.

The breakfast was delicious! Kudos to the chef and the girl working Saturday morning she was awesome! the bed was super comfortable and room size was great but we got lucky and were in a handicap room so they tend to be bigger anyway. The location was awesome so close to where we needed to be. Very clean and so quiet. I am used to hearing all kinds of noise from the hallway or other rooms and I did not hear a peep from anything.

Parking is valet only and was $38. The room was nice, but the bathroom is very outdated. Looks like a cheap hotel bathroom. I expected more for the price.

Great location if you don’t want to drive anywhere. Restaurants and entertainment in walking distance.
